Squall is a playable character and I was already thinking about getting the psp for other things..I'm sold.

Now, I really do hope Rinoa will appearXD, to make up for the disappoinment in KH2! LOL

As for Rinoa appearing, I don't know the odds of that. It seems that it's mainly the heroes and villains of the games that will be added, and there have been no mention of heroines so far. Still, maybe she might be part of the hidden characters I'm hearing about, or if not, maybe she could be featured in Squall's storyline (we can hope).

I like the young Squall look...even though I think KH2's Leon looked pretty good too (but then again, Squall will never look bad to me..haha). I hope Rinoa's there too, hidden in the midst, can't have one without the other.....let's hope they settle the Ultim/Rinoa theory for good, to put those who still believe she is or not Ultimecia..which is everyone, pretty much--me? I don't mind if she's ultimecia or not, either way they got their happy ending on the back of the garden, so hey, I'm not complaining.hehehe.)

I want to see more of Squall..and I really hope they release this in the US too...if not, they'll face the angry mob of fangirls from america and other places that have been deprived too, lol. Thanks for the update Jay..I was trying to let myself forget about it for now, that way it's not too long of a way. I read a review about it on IGN from this guy who spent 20 mins playing the demo version at a gameshow, he gave it a pretty good review, So that's bonus points for us. It sounds fun, so I'm really looking forward to this game.

OH Yeah..PLEASE...I hope he doesn't have a girly voice like Zidane!! Japanese and English, Please...no girly voices for Squall!! O.O

Though one thing that I am not that sure is...is this after FF8 storyline or is it like a AU type?

Yeah, I second that, even if Rinny doesn't appear, I'll buy it. But I have to make sure it's going to be released internationally before I buy a psp, lol. All I can do is wait..lol.

About the voice issue...though I liked both KH's Leon...I didn't like when KH2's Leon fought, he had this hideos "he-Hea-ah" lol...sorry, that was an awful impersonation, I know...But it bugged me to tears. David Boreans(sorry, just forgot how to spell it) as Leon in part one did a pretty good job in the battle section for Squall, as he was more cool and deeper in battle..but for regular conversations, he often paused too much and sounded like a robot sometimes, lol. (I'm really picky when it comes to the right voice for Squall, obviously.) ...The guy voicing Squall in KH2 did a good job in casual conversations during the game, but there's one part that annoys me...I think Jay knows what I'm talking about here... But above all, I just hope he has a great "Squall" voice actor...if they had to recycle, I'll say the KH2 guy...if he decides to work on his fighting sounds a bit more, though, lol.

Okay, okay, I'm shutting up!!! ^_^

I wonder if the voice actress will give her a sinister voice it...maybe something like the evil queen from 'Enchanted', lol

And does anyone here thinks that Seifer have a high chance of appearing as well? I think so. With the knight thing at all, hmm, that will be much more interesting, at least, to me, to see a Squall-Seifer fighting then the usual Cloud-Sephiroth fighting(which to me, kinda getting old, no offence).

I may not buy it if there is no international release,however, if Rinoa do appear, I may reconsiderXD, lol, for the sake of the new fMV and CG perhaps? lol

I've noticed that all of the characters look somewhat younger than they appear in the games, even Sephiroth as he emerges out of the flames (yet again, lol) okay, okay, I'll stop teasing FFVII...I happen to like that game, but all of the sequels and prequels for it is starting to make me wish they'd do some work on FFVIII...Perhaps if we fans show them how much of a good game FF8 was, they'll reconsider it and start to do work on it again? lol..I Wish..

I know this may not be related to this topic but I found a really cool video!

It is call 'Dead Fantasy II" where characters from Dead or Alive VS the girls from FF series.

The creator uses various skins and methods I not too sure to create this video. It look almost like the real stuff! Though it can be kind of consider as mindless fighting BUT

Rinoa appear in this video! From the 7.17 minutes onwards with Angel Wing, gunblade on one hand and her blaster edge on the other. She uses various magic and limit breaks to fight the DOA casts.

(Other females characters in the video includes Yuna, Rikku and Tifa. And Kairi from Kingdom Hearts[she appears right after Rinoa])

...OMG... why is this guy not working for Square??! The whole video was seriously mind-blowing! And so original and outstanding! It makes me wonder why Square-Enix has never thought of this idea.

I LOVED Rinoa's intro, and that she came packed with some amazing magic power, angel wings and all (also loved that she had a gunblade too) The way how she appeared was like they were saving their ultimate weapon for last. XD And it was interesting to see her really... fight for once.

Everyone else kicked **, especially Yuna. Lol, too bad this isn't a real game!

Mindless fighting or not, it's pretty cool. I love the whole Angel Wing theme for Rinoa-----freezing a river of lava with one magic spell, that's great sorcery. I agree, when watching her wield the Gunblade, I was like, "Awww, she's borrowing Squally's weapon!" ...This guy should have the guys fighting next.

On news of Dissidia...well it still hasn't been said if it will be released in the US, but I've been noticing how lots of games that were originally released on the psp are now being released on the ps2. You never know girls, unless you've already bought your psp, we may not need to buy them as it may (should the game be released in the US) be shipped over to the ps2. Let's hope so. ^_^

Guys, keep an eye out for Crisis Core---you see, it's a PSP game...So should it be released on the PS2 sometime down the line, then Dissidia is SURE to be released on the PS2 also! XD let's keep our fingers crossed! XD
