I keep having this story idea in my head that would one - make jack be alive, but other wise take place right after the movie is over. (seriously - right after). I got the idea here the other day after getting the dvd and watching the deleted scenes - I keep trying to figure out the opening scene and connect it to the information we have later in the movie and some things just don't completely add up - if they were following Evelyn - they would not have been shocked to hear her in the store, and a few other things. I want to write a story that may make the Mercer's revenge job go a little bit further and then bring them some trouble with the new face of "crime" in Detroit (since Sweet is gone - there has to be a new 'boss' in town).

I also want to have flashbacks and background stories in it that show the the brothers as kids at different times and explore some of the funner quotes and moments of the movie (ex: burning of treehouse, hockey practices and teams, what makes the gas thing so fun for jack, and why bobby hates sofi so much)

I actually wouldn't mind some suggestions about the bobby/sofi bit--- I have a really fun idea for the treehouse that noone else has even attempted (cigarettes is just too boring for me) ^_^ but using a real life experience, I came up with a really fun way of burning that tree hous down. (keeping it a surprise though)

So does this seem interesting? What kinds of things/scenes would you want to see in it if I do post it. (i'll write it no matter what just to get it out of my head, but I don't always post what I write)

Another questions I need to ask - if I gave Bobby a semi-love interest, would that go over well? (it would be a girl, I don't mind others writing slash, but I won't)

(just to let you know - I have no intentions of making up any other kids to live with the mercer 4, but they will have friends and encounters with people I have made up since the movie doesn't give me too much to work with)
