It is circa 20-24 years after Yuna's defeat of Sin, and her 16 year old daughter Syanna is the only known user of a brand of magic called Spirit Magic, the origins and source of strength for which is unkown even to her. There are pilgrimages being set out by summoner's not to Zanarkand (which is sealed by magic and blocks all entry), but to the depths of somewhere in Bevelle, where the pilgrimage will end (which has not happened.)

Syanna is asked to be a guardian for her childhood fiend Izzia, and along with Zyfer, Reiju, Vermillia, and Talera, as well as other additions along the way, the group sets out to gather the new aeons not from the temples, but from highly magical locations throughout the farplane, which is accessible in the Chamber of the Fayth of all of Spira's temples.

However, with doors to the Farplane open for use, haunting memories of Spira's past may just make a return trip to the living world to exact revenge on peopel connected to those that bested them in the afterlife. With no proper control over her magic, and mysterious pilgrimages that seem impossible to complete, what will happen as our group of neo heroes set out on a journey full of personal struggle, love, war, and ultimately to save Spira once and for all?

(Obviously, this is way more comprehensive than the summary listed under the story title when you find it to read, but that doesn't have room for much.)

My story, The End of the War is an account of the last few days of the Machina War between Zanarkand and Bevelle. Bevelle is preparing for one last battle and has built many thousands of machina units to fight their battle. Zanarkands leader, Yu Yevon, senses defeat is imminant and orders whats left of his army of summoners and few others, to the place we know as the Calm Lands to intercept the Bevelles machina. But Yevon also has dark deeds planned.

The story is told from many perspectives. Two high ranking officers in Znarakands army. Yu Yevon himself, and one of his ministers. An old scholar adept in black magic (my favourite character in this tale :D)and a sixteen year old kid with a powerful aeon who have both been conscripted into the army, and the remains of the kids family, who remained in Zanarkand.

Not for those who want the nature of Sin spoiled, ie contains spoilers for X and X-2.

I have a story, it's a very long story actually. It's called:

Heart's Troubles - when searching, just put more than 60,000 words and you can't miss it.

In a sense, I rewrote the game. But yet, it's also completely different. The main focus, Tidus and Yuna's reactions to one another. a completely different adventure of how they met and fell in love. There are some things that repeat, like the destruction of Home, the Mushroom Rockroad battle, Yuna plunging into the Moonflow. But a whole new turn in order and how it came to happen. Involves the hints of the past life of the ex-warrior monk Auron, the subtle friendship of Kimahri and Tidus. Lulu's and Rikku's thoughts of Yuna and Tidus. Some funny (I thought they were) scenes, and yet there are the major conflicts of death floating around. And Yuna's struggle to her duty and Tidus' struggle to his loss of everything he had ever known.

Once you really get into it, I think you'll like it. there are many Tidus/Yuna moments, where its's like "Aww..." and but it also keeps that FFX feel that there is doubt and tragedies that dulls the moment. I might be selling too much, but that's my general perpective. I was hoping on getting more reviews. And pulling more readers.

Anyway... this is my first time even browsing the forums. Forgive me if I screw up somewhere...

I began an FFX novelization almost a month ago, and beginning on Chapter 7. I haven't changed anything about the story, even the DIALOG is 99% exact to the game. If you truly want to re-experience the game, but don't want to play it again, or even just want to experience the storyline one more time, this is the story to read. I'm not saying it's better than other novelizations out there, but I've gotten great reviews as of far.

No character manipulations, no added scenes and events, nothing has changed.

The ONLY thing I plan on changing is taking out some of the bosses/mini bosses that have nothing to do with the storyline. Enemy encounters still in tact!

I wrote, From the Bitter Beginning-- it's actually quite old, and not finished, but i'm redoing it, the story is now called "Raise Your Glass" it's an au, a little charecter mutilation, but most are on tact, to my own standards at least, it's about Yuna struggling to find herself more than anything, and of course our favorite protagonist Tidus comes along for the ride. Romance, tragedy, a little bit of violence here and there, it'll be a rollarcoaster of fun, and I'm about to go update now so read and review!

It’s about a fayth that can’t sleep like the rest of them, so instead of dreaming he has spent five hundred years listening to the stories of the dead on the farplane. Eventually he comes to realize that the dreams of his fellow fayth are what are keeping Sin alive.

Being the crusader at heart he is (not literally) he convinces the fayth that it is time for them to wake up. They prepare to let go and in the process accidentally lets Sin into dream Zanarkand. Sin then drags Jecht into reality and in turn (years latter) Jecht drags Tidus along with him.

When Sacha (the fayth) sees that Tidus is meant to kill his father then fade away, he bullies the other fayth into letting him intervene. He then joins up with Yuna on he pilgrimage at Kilika. Throughout the entire story he is trying to guide Yuna and co to find a way to kill Sin without the final summoning, only it’s not that easy.

He has to try to keep his identity under wraps along with the fact that Tidus is just a dream and that Jecht is Sin. But Spira isn’t going to make it easy for him when life throw his unsent Al Bhed best friend, a secret at the Omega Ruins, and few other twist his way.

What do you think? Worth writing?
