What would happen if Q's test was to stop the Drakh Plague from hitting Earth and instead the Borg wiped out the First Ones before the Shadow Wars had even started? Would the Vorlons and Shadows work together again to save themselves or allow the Younger Races to turn to Starfleet as they escaped? How will the Romulans react to news of Captain Sheridan appearing in search of allies to save Earth after the Minbari attack on the Federation of Planets? Will the Alpha Quadrant Powers stop the Borg only to end up saving President Luis Santiago's life in the middle a Narn and Centauri crossfire with Earth Force One? Why does Mister Garibaldi think that allowing the Major Powers to build Starbases to aid in the defense of Babylon Five is a bad idea when it is working so well to protect it? How would Admiral Nechayev get along with the new post on Babylon Five while her Starbase is being built next to it? Would the Earth Alliance allow the League to build a Drazi Starbase before the Narn and Centauri built their defensive support stations for Babylon Five first or would the Minbari and Vorlon Starbases get first placement? Will the Shadows use the Centauri starbase to avoid drawing retribution to Babylon 5?

Will Starfleet Change history for the better or worse? Will the Shadows work better as a Political Power pushing for a United Military Campaign against future invaders like the Borg or will their assassination attempt on President Santiago ruin their own plans? With both the Narn and Centauri about to go to war, which side would stop the Shadows from kidnapping Deathwalker from Babylon Five before they pick sides? Would peace with the Shadows be worth the political chaos they are causing on Babylon Five or will the Klingons welcome the Shadows into their Empire to save themselves from a Tholian invasion?
