Topic: The Doctor and Romana 1, Perhaps?
I'm not big on romance, but every fandom it seems that there's some pairing that I can't get enough of. Usually it's a non-canon pairing that I would hate to see in reality.

If you know of any Dr/Romana stories I'd love to hear about it.

There should be an archive somewhere on the net, right?

There isn't enough Doctor/Romana fanfiction in the world. But Scarf Warriors have a story called The Creation that I quite like. They're pretty spread out across the internet, but it's mostly Ten/Rose on this site.
