Topic: Two things
I've been toying with a Ninth Doctor story that has the Doctor and Rose being seperated on an Alien Planet, and Rose crosses paths with an Alien thief who seems to have a surprising amount of knowlege about Time Lords and the TARDIS. Would anyone read this?

Also, this in unrelated, but I don't know where I sould ask: There was a 10/Rose story in which some guy tries to turn the Doctor into the Fourth Horseman, Death. It was a really good story, but I can't find it anymore. Can anyne tell me what happened to it?

Yeah, it seems like a good idea! Is the theif going to try adnd steal the TARDIS...or perhaps hold Rose as ransom? Oooh...

As for the other story, I have no idea where it came from...did you try search engine? Or you could try going through review history.

The story has just been reposted, so it was gone, and now is back.

The theif doesn't steal the TARDIS. Although, there is one moment where she steals the sonic screwdriver. I'm still trying to work out the overall plot. Still haven't decided what threat the TARDIS crew should be up against. (I've only figured out the backstory of the thief.)

LOL. Well, I needed a way to put the Doctor at odds with the thief, who is called Solaris (no connection with the movie). The two share an oil-and-water relationship throughout the story. (The Doctor can't make himself fully trust Solaris, for obvious reasons, and the Doctor always seems to remind Solaris of a woman called Merindia, Solaris' long-lost mentor, friend, and maternal figure, whom she hasn't seen or heard from since childhood.)

Right now, all I really need is a better understanding of Jack's character, as the story takes place between The Doctor Dances and Boomtown. Sadly, the local bookstore only carries the novel Price of Paradice, so I don't have access to the Doctor Who novels that feature Jack. Thus, there's not much for me to go on.

Well, you may be safe on that...I bet half the stories including Jack haven't touched a novel. Just watch the episodes a few times and people might get the idea...or try watching Torchwood. Do you have it up there?

I do know a site that has Torchwood, but I don't think that would help me, since they take place after the events of Parting of the Ways, and I've read on Wilkapedia that Jack's personality had changed somewhat after that episode. (I will try, though.)
