To make it short, Cheetor and Soul(my OC from the beginning) didn't admit that they were in love at first, but after so many epic adventures from the time that he came to the B&B, he finally proposed and married her out of true love. And they never have been apart until the whole chaotic timeline is going on and the huge Vok armada plans to attack and destory everyone that has messed up the fabric of time.

And that's, my friend, is my summerization of the entire pairing came to be.
