Topic: Femslash and introduction

Hi there, it's nice to see a slash DB forum. I like femslash--though there's not nearly enough of it in DB, not enough female characters!--and I've got a couple of stories up on my account. I see potential Artha/Moordryd tension, though the DB slash 'ships that are more obvious to me are Artha/Rivett (no, really!) and Cain/Moordryd, and obviously past Connor/Word. I've also posted some non-con Armeggaddon/Moordryd over at Livejournal (http:// community dot livejournal dot com slash dragon_booster).

Anyway, thanks again for setting up this forum; slash is great! Anyone have any favourite femslash pairings? Kitt/Pyrrah seems to work pretty well IMO.

...And since I'm bored I'll self-pimp some (mild) slash: Literature's Perilous Perils, Dorsull/Reepyr. DB slashers? Where are you? :P

I'm not usually one for slash, but if you wrote it, then I tend to like the slash pairing you wrote. :P Magna Draconis, you write good. lol

If I had to say which slash pairing I like, then Artha x Moordryd for sure. Femslash..hmm...Kitt x Pyrrah comes quickly to mind, and not because I just read it in the first post. They're both so fiery, it works. If not them, then Kitt x Chute.

I did write a one-shot for Kitt/Pyrrah ages ago, but I haven't got any plunnies for longer fic about them. But they would so totally work!

Hmm, here's a basic plot to inspire other plots from you perhaps? Kitt has the guantlet, and Pyrrah has the amulet. They try to get them from each other so they can be the Fire Booster. They use sneaky methods, devious methods, dangerous methods, 'questionable femslash' methods and the like.

SwayyxBlarre, both Dragon Eyes. Came to me just now. Though we don't know much about them, I suppose it could work. They're both have black draconium influence, seem to have the same sneaky smirks...

...Actually, that first one is fairly similar to the ending of Andraste's Return! :P

And I also made you a little Swayy x Blarre. Both fics are R-rated.

First off, I love your writing style. It's so detailed, and the way you take the characters and give them such depth really impresses me. My own little drabbles and short chapters, born from bordom and dull professors, pale in comparison. I can write my own characters and stories well enough, but I just don't work as well with characters that aren't my own. (Although I do so love fanfiction...)

I also like your femslash. Again, you do magic with details and characters. Since it's so rare in other fandoms, femslash seems to be less popular than the boy-on-boy action that so many hormonal teenage girls like. Indeed, one of my own slash-buddies has slapped me upside the head and told me to "stop reading the lesbian **!" while going through some other femslash fanfictions.

Long post, I talk too much. Keep up with your wonderful writing! The world would be a sadder place without such beautiful literary work in it!
