Is that really necessary? I'm sure this happens to everyone and most people have gotten over it, but whenever I get bored I come here, and go to Just In, well, I'll be in the middle of scrolling down and bam, ad. Like they couldn't put that somewhere else? I can't do anything with adblockplus and firebug is useless. I can't get over this though. It's like playing a videogame and your sister/brother/whoever trips over the cord when you just finished a tough boss and you didn't even get to save. I don't come here to read ads about stupid crap. Nobody does. Sure ads keep the site free, but for gawd's sake, put them somewhere else instead of putting a javascript screen over my page so it's unreadable. -_-

I agree. 100%. Ads drive me up, down and all around the wall. It's really irritating when you're in the middle of something, then, WHAM, here comes an ad. And I agree about a lot of ad blockers being USELESS.

Ahaha, I've just noticed that ff.net have an adblocker function! It's in the top right-hand corner, in 'extras.' It works for three days at a time, but oh, I'm so pleased to find it. I *think* it works. I haven't found any ads as of yet.

The wrose adds are the ones that pop up in between & take up the whole page.

1. Download Firefox, the newest version comnpatible to your system;

2. Download the plugins Adblock plus and NoScript;

3. Use Firefox with the plugins to browse FFN;

4. Don't be bothered by any unwanted adds henceforth.

Trust me, it works, and it makes for a far more comfortable reading. :)
