Whenever I post a new chapter in either of my stories there is always text at the top that I didn't mean to be there. It isn't in the saved document and I don't know how to get it off. Can anyone tell me? :( (Look at one of them if you don't understand what I mean.)

The "Chapter 3" wasn't saved on the document. And in my other story the first line is repeated.

I've seen other people comment on this and I know it has been reported as a bug.

What about if you go into the "edit" facility in the document manager? Can you see it and get rid of it in there?
