You know the drill. :) It's just another (violent :P) variation of "Ban The Person Above You."

A quick example so that everyone is certain how it goes:

Person 1: I'm the first poster!

Person 2: Slapped for being the first person

Person 3: Slapped for being the second

Everyone have fun!
