I could be wrong, as I've been keeping away for a while to wait-out the arguements, but I think someone's said that because they got upset with Iri again.

I've talked about it when I was angry at various things & others thought I was too snappy it turned into a war at times. It's stopped now & I was just quoting what he was saying b/c he's accused Jinxed of teaching me the email trick when I supossedly sent his regulars threatening messages.[Jinxed never PMed me just as I never PMed them]

He also said you were racist to Mexicans, I doubt that I think you might've been mad at a regular there with the name Mexicano or something. Here's the best part, he says he 'symphathizes' with you because you made a remark that was offensive or 'negative' to Hispanics[does that make any sense?] and that you made a forum to prove otherwise. Right...

But he specifically used the term 'Mexican' before. So I wonder if that comment you made was about what you thought of Mexicans in general, or a specific Mexican user...

He's full of it, he says I'm making fun of him calling lawyers on his plagairism fetish while he knows[from watching every one of my posts] it was b/c he said he called a lawyer(5&dime) on someone he suspected would hack his account...that's right a lawyer for an FF account! For something he's not even sure will be hacked! I've been hacked already, I haven't called any lawyer! *laughs* Apparently the user, whom he sicked his lawyer on, is in deep trouble! When I disagree, I may say so and I have from time to time. Other users do it as well. I've done it to them, they've done it to me, and so on. It doesn't have to be a bad thing either.

You've misinterpreted the TOS a couple times, claimed that things were on the TOS that weren't (such as a rule against listing ID number that is shown on all user profile pages), and said that the writing guidelines are just suggestions for writers that don't need to be followed even though they're supposed to be followed, under threat of the site removing a writers' works for breaking the writing guidelines. You've misused "libel" and "slander" (and surely you looked you took a second to look them up before randomly starting to use them as crutch words). You've misread people's posts and started fights over it, and you misread that page on how to use character dialog in fiction. Remember, you insisted the page said that two different characters' dialog could be within the same paragraph if it's the same subject, but it didn't say that and the subject changes as soon as someone else's dialog starts.

I agree that it should be stopped. As for the rest Celebrian, if you really want it to stop then refrain from comments like "because some people are having problems with another forum and just want to stir up trouble".

If you are sincere, do not say such things which are bound to continue it.Otherwise it gives me an impression that you want to join some of this cat fight. You just threw a lit match in a dying fire to say the least.

Those aren't reading comprehensions I've just mistaken words and I haven't looked at definitions properly of the Guidelines and I thought hacking was forbiden in the TOS. I quoted that a long time after I read the TOS. The definition of libel is what I've mixed up, thank you very much, and it was b/c someone from the Fireplace(non troll though) gave me an skewed definition. I've only mistaken users' post once or twice, that was w/ DW and you, that doesn't describe my reading comprehension!As for the dialogue example, in that paragraph it had said it's okay sometimes so it is(even if not the majority of the time) so I expected an example of one, the only problem I had was which paragraph was the example, that doesn't show my reading comprehension skills! That just shows I was confused, it happens to everyone! That was simple mistakes, Gaara mistaken my post too, are you going to say she has reading comprehension issues?

Maybe I don't read enough to understand some complex terms, like the legal workings of some stuff, but I understood the definition of libel when I read it. The only thing I've mistaken before was that it had to be proven that I was innocent and by law the libeler has to be proven to have malicious intention.

There is a rule against showing ID numbers on forums(many users have attested to this, they say teh adminstration doesn't approve of it, that's where I got it from and no I didn't misread it.) You can't say I misread it when you don't even know where I got it from.

You're judging too much, see you're making assumptions like 'I looked them up for a second'. I got the defintion from a Fireplacian who is working so i took her word for it, she told me it was libeling to list a bunch flamers/trolls without proving they were flamers/trolls. I only remembered the definition from 7th grade and I agreed with her, I was basically right except for the fact that it had to be proven that the accused party was innocent not the other way around.

The rule I'm mainly talking about is showing your email ID on a forum, like that troll did, it's not allowed as someone else said.

Do you even know that I scored high on my reading comprehension test in the college basic skills test entrance exam? That has nothing to do with my reading comprehension, so it was a wrong judgment of you. Unless you're an expert on this you can't judge my reading comprehension skills with that much certainty. I believe you're just being judgmental.

Saber, I know I'm snappy and irritable(I have a biological reason for that) and I am bad in judgment or at least I disregard judgment when I post. But you must understand, I'm sensitive, stubborn, and it stinks when someone says something that is 'put-downer'[for lack of better/real words] so I get defensive. I am trying to understand where you come from.

I'm just defending my cause, but sometimes you misunderstand me(IMO), like I said I disregard my own judgment a lot.

But I agree, it isn't that easy to understand every little detail, (or seemingly little at the time) of everything that we read, as I misread things often as well, and I too have quite a high comprehension of difficult words and such. I admit, when I don't actually understand them and don't have an up to date dictionary at hand (I am sad to say I really don't like going even a webpage out of my way to use the internet dictionary) I will ask what some words mean.

To even say someone libeled or slandered you is a major accusation, and those phrases aren't something to be used on a common basis, as to be accused of either is a major insult, and will affect reputation in at least the area you use them in.

But really, to argue and argue and argue our points only leads to more arguing if neither side is willing to accept that they may be wrong. This one appears it may go on for days, and really no one likes a drawn out battle of emotions like this.

Get things off your chest if you need to, because I'm sure most of us agree, its better to express yourself in small bursts than to release your irritation or frustrations or the like in a volcanic blast.

So please all of you, if you can't resolve this in a short matter of time, let it drop. I don't want to make this forum any more unfriendly than it already seems.
