"Wow." She finally forced out. This was a lot to digest.

She closed her eyes, trying to find something else to say.

"Who, then?"

"Albert."

"Who now?"

"Shoulda stayed in Kyoto. Helluva lot safer."

"Before this.... catastrophe goes any further, you have to promise me, that if I, well, ya know.... You'll make sure Jin turns out alright."

With that, she flicked on the radio, trying to find something other than static.

A burning sensation takes over his stomach. He lurches forward. Vomit escaping his lips, the foul taste of mettalic blood swirling around in his mouth.

"Are you alright?" She asked, looking panicked.

"You'd better get inside." She pointed at a rather broken-down building. It honestly looked four years past its date to be torn down, but she still unstrapped Jin, smiling.

"Home sweet home. I have some medication inside, maybe something will help you. With my room mate, well, the pills she keeps... its kind of dont ask dont tell."

She lifted Jin up, before adding quietly.

"She's done the zombie thing before, oddly enough. I didnt believe her then, but now...."

He hobbled inside, thankfully the undead had moved on the the rest of the City. "Thanks Xing Xing, you've beena big help."

"Hey, its what I do." Xing Xing said, smiling and unlocking her apartment. The place's wallpaper was peeling, there was dried paint all over the floor, and nothing was without a strip or two of duct tape, but she didnt stop smiling.

"If you can help someone, you should."

"Eesh." She shuddered, turning treehouse for Jin, and the radio for her. She found it almost comforting to hear the frightened broadcaster, promising to stay on air as long as he was able.

"I dunno." Atticus said.

((I'll be off for another week, likely enough. You see, I got into this big fight with my mom, she took away my computer priviliges, but I may be able to sneak a moment or two, here or there. Not to mention, I'm swamped with projects.
