I saw that you went ahead and wrote an intro to the relating story not too long ago. I'm a fellow OC-heavy fanfic author for Fate, and I should find time to closely read what you wrote. I saw also that your story is currently on hiatus - would be awesome if you find some inspiration to continue. I would be especially interested in seeing how original servants are designed and implemented.

Also, there is the fact that Heroic Spirits from the Throne of Heroes are a phenomenon of humanity. AKA, Heroic Spirits are all considered human spirits that have become something close to (or even equal to) the level of Divine Spirits.

Therefore, Berserker and Avenger are not applicable as Heroic Spirits. Both of them are not actually human phenomenon, and Berserker isn't even remotely mythical, but rather a theory of science. It doesn't count.

Heroic Spirits are also those whose existences have become myths, representing the greatest of humanity. Emiya Kiritsugu would not be considered one of these existences. Also, he is not a Counter Guardian, so one could not argue using that as a loophole.

Avenger is always Angra Mainyu. It's a class specific to Angra Mainyu, designed to summon Angra Mainyu, so nobody else can be summoned as "Avenger".

Unless this story is completely AU (Like Fate/strange fake) and ignores the rules, it doesn't really work with this lineup.

Sorry to be harsh, but I'm just pointing out the places that have problems.

I think the premise of those rules are the Fuyuki grail. Fate original, Zero, Extra and the third war mentioned in Ataraxia are all based on that particular grail. Suppose a Grail in question isn't that particular one, then I'm not sure how many of the rules would still apply as it would call for serious quibble on the limits and bounds of the Third Magic.

So far as I know, http://typemoon.wikia.com/wiki/Avenger says: There is only one KNOWN Avenger in Nasuverse, who is believed to be an incarnation of Angra Mainyu and serves Bazett Fraga McRemitz inFate/hollow ataraxia. So, I'm not sure if it's strictly forbidden to introduce a previously unknown one. I wonder if there is another Type-Moon fan site that I've missed, that has more detailed information on all those restrictions that I've seen being mentioned here.

PS: I think a concept can become a servant as long as it is worshiped by or fascinates enough people, regardless of it being scientific or not. The ooze itself might not work strictly, but some kind of ad-hoc deity, perhaps something like "Chaos," conceptualized along a similar vein, just might cut it without changing the essential properties too much.

Hmm to add on also you got too many RM's and NP's. A standard Servant would only have 1 NP and Saber says that having 3 would almost be unheard of -.- yea I know that Lancelot and Saber have three a peice,but that's only after Saber gets Avalon. The only Heroic Spirit that has more than 3 is Perseus. RM's technically only work with elementals and since they are very close to True Magic I doubt so many people could actualize one. Still great ideas.
