personality:high-energy girl who loves to shop! loves almost every sweet there is and has a cute bunny named chi-chi as a pet but also a sidekick to her when she is in hero form.also a very talkative person and loves bright colors.

bio:exchange student from japan lee came to miracle city to escape the painful memory of her parents death and now lives with her aunt. she hides her emotions with giggles and smiles. her pet bunny chi-chi is the only thing she can trust now. after school she is in gimnastics to help with her hero times. hopes to one day avenge her parents.

Name: Andrés Aves/Corredor (Runner)

Gender: Male.

Type: Villain.

Weapons/powers: Magical running shoes; when saying the phrase 'Velocidad a mi' (Speed for me) they give Andres his Corredor's battle outfit. When transformed, Corredor can run even faster than White Pantera; he uses this speed to create tornados, hit his enemies, run over water and upside/downside walls, and, taking advantage of his legs' strength and speed, attack with mega-fast kicks (in a rush, he can kick almost 100 times in less than 3 seconds). His battle outfit also protects him from friction when running, and offers moderate protection against impact. However, he's not so good as a fighter without his speed; Zoe can best him with ease in most non-powered sparring matches.

Appearence: Slightly tanned yet not as much as Manny; he has spiky black hair and normally wears a runner-like outfit (shirt, shorts, and his magical shoes). He is slightly taller than Manny but a little thinner. His battle armor is quite similar to Black Cuervo's, but his has no wings, and it's blue and purple colored, plus having clawed-like gloves.

Personality: Vain, proud, jokester, bully, without respect for anyone besides his family's elders. He likes teasing Zoe, flirting with Frida, and pranking Manny both in their civilian and superpowered identities.

Age: Same as Manny.

Bio: Zoe Aves' cousin, Andrés is so annoying even she has problems standing him. However, she likes having him around at times due his evil nature, quite similar to her own, and they team up once in a while for robberies, vandalism, and pranks. Andrés has a liking for Frida as well, and , since she's always with Manny, he had developed very harsh feelings towards the Rivera boy. He enjoys teasing El Tigre, and do all kind of pranks against him, even doing evil deeds with enough fake evidence so El Tigre gets the blame. Manny has many problems to fight him because, on first place, needs to catch Corredor or face him in a place he can't run away, and, when facing him directly, Corredor's kicks make him a dangerous enemy; luckily, he gets overconfident with ease, and tends to act without thinking, something Manny takes full advantage to fool or trick him.

Name: Lorenzo Váldez/Red Lobo (Lobo = Wolf)

Gender: Male.

Type: Hero

Age: 13

Powers/weapons/skills: The Red Cap; a normal-looking baseball cap he always wear; he transforms into his Red Lobo's ID by turning it backwards. When transformed, he has enhanced speed and strength (more or less on Manny's level), extremely sharp smelling and hearing senses, and super lungs that allow him hold his breath for long periods of time or blow with hurricane-like power. Extremely good hand-to-hand fighter. Good dancer.

Appearence: A little taller than Manny. Short-haired Afro-American. He uses his cap practically all the time, and normally wears casual clothing; when transformed, his outfit consists in a dark-red wolf-like mask, gray suit and boots, and red wolf tail.

Personality: Cunning, easy-going, slightly flirty, loyal, brave.

Bio: The son of reformed villain Lobo Malo (Bad Wolf) and heroine Red Hood, both of them semi-retired (a lot like White Pantera); his father used to be one of White Pantera's main enemies until the villain fell for Red Hood, becoming a well respected hero in the process. Lorenzo inherited all his dad's powers, and his mother, who was a non-powered, super fighting skills kind of heroine, had trained him to be a competent fighter even without his powers.

Lorenzo has a very good friendly relationship with Manny, and likes flirting with Frida in a playful way, not making a real move on her because suspects she may have feelings for Manny; the most he does with her is being Frida's dancing partner at parties and stuff like that.

Name: Claudio Aves/Yellow Gallo (Gallo = Rooster)

Gender: Male.

Type: Villain.

Age: 14

Powers/weapons/skills: Sinister Comb; to transform, Claudio combs his hair with it three times (right side of his head, then left and finally the center), and the comb transforms into a battle outfit. When transformed, Claudio can fly short distances and summon surprise eggs; some of them have acid/glue yolk and others explode at impact. Above average hand to hand fighter, when transformed he gets retractable talons in his boots; normally, when fighting, he uses his gliding/short flying ability to attack with fast flying kicks. His outfit provides moderate protection against impacts. Moderately good singer.

Appearence: Blonde, slightly tanned, bulky yet not too much, taller than most guys his age. Normally wears a sports jacket and blue jeans. His battle suit is similar to Black Cuervo's, wings and all, but his is yellow and white, with a black metallic chicken-like comb on his helmet.

Personality: Extremely vain and loud-mouthed, with a huge ego. Likes bullying shorter or younger boys. However, is quite coward when noticing he's losing a fight or that his opponent is much stronger than him.

Bio: Another Zoe's cousin, Claudio doesn't like hanging around with her or Corredor due his dislike for younger boys and girls; however, at times he 'allows them' helping during a battle or with a mischievous plan. Claudio looks down at El Tigre and most Miracle City's young heroes and villains, but, when he's fighting them and notices his enemy is getting the upper hand, he always tries to escape, and, when it's not possible, begs for mercy; his outfit even turns entirely pale yellow when this happens.

Name: Angela Madrazo/Super Cangura (Cangura = Female kangaroo)

Gender: Female.

Type: Heroine.

Age: 13.

Powers/weapons/skills: The Victory Gloves; normally, they look like two white biker-like gloves, unless Angela make fist-to-fist contact; when this happens, the gloves become white and blue boxing ones, and she gets her superhero outfit. When transformed, Angela can punch either so fast her fists become a blur for everyone else, or so strong she can break through steel and concrete. Her legs become just as powerful, and, even if she can't kick as fast as she punches, she can jump long distances and kick as hard as her strongest punches. Her outfit also has a pouch where she can carry assorted stuff, including a boomerang she uses for long-ranged attacks. Extremely good fighter even without using her powers. Good at fashion stuff and acting.

Appearence: Blonde, slightly tanned skin (a little more than Frida but not as much as Manny), a little taller than Frida. Likes wearing stylish yet comfortable clothing, always wearing her gloves. When transformed, she gets a golden outfit, a protective helmet with little kangaroo-like ears, black boots that cover her knees, and a white fist symbol on the middle of her chest.

Personality: Short-tempered, sarcastic and bossy yet loyal, courageous and friendly. Likes cookies almost as much as Frida likes churros. Has an ego problem yet not nearly as much as Claudio.

Bio: Angela is another newcomer at Miracle City. Her family is rich due her father being a famous retired boxer and her mother a successful business woman, so she's a little spoiled. However, Angela can't stand really mean behavior, like serious bullying or a villain attacking innocents. Most of the time, she enjoys fighting on her own to get full credit, but can accept help from other heroes when needed.

Name: Carlos Grillo (Grillo = Cricket)/Chico Bicho (Bug Boy)

Gender: Male.

Type: Hero.

Age: 12.

Powers/weapons/skills: Ojos de bicho (Bug Eyes), his glasses; when transformed, Carlos can summon several super-powers but none lasts more than five minutes and, after using one power, needs an equivalent time to recover and use another one (it means that, if using a power for one minute, he'll be almost totally powerless the next minute). The powers he can summon are Escarabajo (Bettle), that makes him almost totally invulnerable; Mantis, that makes him a good martial artist; Hormiga (Ant) increases his strength twenty-fold; Cucharacha (Roach) shrinks him to a bug's size; Mosca (fly) summons a pair of wings for fast and acrobatic flight; and Grillo (Cricket) for long jumps. Even without his powers, he's a slightly above average fighter, focusing on defensive moves. Wide general culture and knowledge.

Appearence: Red-haired, nerdy looking boy, more or less Manny's size. Wears glasses, and normally dresses with loose, comfortable clothing. As Chico Bicho, his glasses become orange goggles, and gets a green and red outfit with two large white antennas on top of his helmet/cowl.

Personality: Shy and quiet, nice, friendly; likes reading and academic activities as much as movies and comic books. Very smart, he usually tries solving problems peacefully before using his powers as a last resort.

Bio: One of Manny and Frida's classmates, Carlos is very shy and is a common target for his school's bullies. Luckily, Manny, either as himself or as El Tigre, keeps them reasonably at bay, but even Manny can't protect Carlos all the time, who never uses his power unless having no choice.

Carlos helps their friends a lot when having academic troubles, at times tutoring Manny and Frida when they need help with a particular class. He is a little shy around girls, and has a major crush on Angela.

Quick trivia information about the surnames; Red Lobo's civilian ID's name is based on Manuel Valdez, a Mexican comedian who made the Spanish-dubbed voice of the wolf in 'Hoodwinkled'. And Madrazo, Angela's surname, is a real Spanish surname but also is a mild bad word for 'Very strong hit'.

Claudio, Yellow Gallo's real name, is also Foghorn Leghorn's name here in Mexico.

Also, Angela and Carlos are based on my two favorite Rugrats, Angelica and Chuckie.

Age: 13

Description: Elena is very pretty, her skin a creamy white. She has cinnamon-colored hair with highlighted blonde streaks in it. She has milky blue eyes, that as a super villain, she uses to hypnotize people. She usually wears tan-colored capris and a pink blouse, with pink flip-flops.

When Elena's a supervillain, she has on a velvet-red dress and a pink cape. She wears her hair in a ponytail, and a bandana around her head. She has on black, high-heeled boots and star-shaped sunglasses on her eyes.

Personality: Elena is the most popular girl at Frida and Manny's school. She loves to boast and is totally full of herself. She is very competive, and believes that nobody is better than she is at anything. Elena can be very flirty around cute boys. She loves to mock and make fun of kids that she thinks are a nobody. Manny has a huge crush on Elena, which makes Frida as jealous as can be. Elena will leap at the chance to be sassy and shoot a remark to people. Yet Elena acts like an angel to the adults. She and Frida are bitter rivals. What makes it worse is that Manny, as El Tigre, doesn't know that Elena is Evil Belleza, but Frida does. El Tigre and Evil Belleza are enemies to the max. Oh, and Elena knows that Manny is actually El Tigre.

Weapons/Skills/Powers: As Evil Belleza, she can start a tornado and can run super-fast. With her high-heeled boots, she delivers a mean kick. She has quick reflexes and can read people's minds. Elena can also steal someone's super power when she gets close enough. Elena can multiply and clone herself in a split second. Like I said before, she can also hypnotize people with her pretty eyes. Elena also can shrink and grow, which makes her a hard villain to beat.

bio:konata is from Japan and came to miracle city following lee. konata is the killer of lee's parents. reason why she killed them is she believes lee's ancestors killed her family to claim leadership of nagasaki, japan. now she plans to kill every one of lee's family members to make her feel the pain. undercover highschool student and lives by herself.

Name: Ernesto 'Ernie' Mofeta ( Mofeta = Polecat/Skunk )/El Zorrillo (The Skunk)

Gender: Male.

Type: Hero.

Weapons/skills/powers: Excellent fencer. Very good acrobat. Experienced with all kind of long range weapons. Moderate chemistry knowledge. Moderately good hand-to-hand fighter. His sword, 'La Tormentosa' (the Stormy One) has two modes; one that cuts almost anything, and other that gives electric shocks. El Zorrillo's other weapons are a whip and lots of stink bombs he carries in his belt and cape. The cape is fire and impacts resistant.

Appearence: Slightly tanned skin, black hair with a white streak at both sides. A little shorter than Manny. Normally wears a white shirt and black jeans. His superhero ID has white mask (Robin style), hat, utility belt and cape; the rest of the outfit is black.

Personality: Cheerful, helpful, a little hyperactive at times. Likes gross stuff but in a moderate grade.

Bio: One of the few non-powered heroes around, El Zorrillo compensates his little size and lack of might with his skills and weaponry. Ernie's playful nature makes him well liked among most of his school mates, even from higher grades, like Manny and Frida, and at times joins them for fun.
