That will be helpful. The thing that it doesn't mention is that when Ryo went to the Digital World with Ken, Monodramon joined him on the journey as an unofficial partner. Ryo's partner was supposed to be Milleniumon, but he and Monodramon became partners when Monodramon jogressed with Milleniumon.

BZZT! Wrong! Monodramon didn't turn up until Brave Tamer (which happens after Ryo and Ken involuntarily parted ways). V-mon was Ryo's temporary partner while he was with Ken. Yes, it is the same V-mon as Daisuke's, it's revealed in Brave Tamer.

It would really help if people would stop distributing false information.

Yeah...I know that now. Believe me, I'm not trying to distribute false information, I'm just saying what I think I know (which in this case I obviously don't).

Millenniumon is Ryo's partner, but it seems that something gone wrong and Millenniumon become the villains that Ryo must fight since he is the only one that can defeat him(they being partner and all) but since he is fighting his own partner so he must search for another partner to fight with him. the first one was Taichi's Agumon that ask for his help because all of the original Chosen Children is captured by Millenniumon.

His second temporary partner is Daisuke's Veemon which stay with him while he travels with Ken and Wormon.

His last temporary partner are Monodramon that the main computer introduced to him and later become his real partner because Monodramon peform a Jogress with Millenniumon and become Cyberdramon.

And Ryo is really is from the Digidestinied home but are in Tamers for some unknown reasons, there is many fanfic out there that provided a logical(some none) reasons for that.
