And bleh, I watched the first episode and wasn't happy with it. Marco is NOT a Hispanic gangster, he speaks -some- Spanish, which lets them understand a bit of Portugese in the Sario rip. And he's more sarcastic than they show. And his battle morph isn't a WOLF, that's Cassie! And TOBIAS was the first morph, he morphed his cat. While Jake was there. And since he wasn't wearing tight clothes, he was naked when he came back. That was SO great. XD The show never even alludes to the fact that they can only morph really tight clothing, and not shoes at all.

Gaaah. And I was really looking forward to seeing Elfanfor, but they just did a lame puppet effect. We didn't see his whole body. Gaah. Although his descent and the scenery was exactly how I imagined it.

RachelxTobias is more depressing in the books. From what I see, the books are darker. o_o Does the series go into Tobias' past and why he has no parents? I though that was really cool.

Funny, the first time I read the books I was 9-10, and totally missed a lot of the Rachel/Tobias. never particularly liked the guy, I liked Rachel and Jake. Reread a few and looked back, Tobias replaced Jake as my favorite male character. Though Marco is interesting once you realize why he's the way he is.

JakexCassie annoys me, though. A lot. Did the show get to Erek? He was the only character that made me want to laugh and punch him at the same time. Him and the Ellmist. Wait, did Tobias still re-Aquire his human form the in show? Yeah, he must have, because I saw a MV with clips with them dancing... which never happens in the books as far as I recall. Though they also apparently dated, and I don't remember that either.

Then again, I'm not certain which books I read, because they were from the library and therefore not always in order. I remember specifically that The Sickness was my favorite. Lawl, woozy Ax and Cassie with a scalpel.

"I can show a smile/It's not hard to do./I can have the strength to go on/But sometimes I wanna let go of everything." --This stanza reminds of Xelha, how she has to deal with saving the world, helping Kalas, protecting the ocean and eventually has to release it. She's strong enough to bare all the responsiblity, but she's not entirely thrilled with having to release the ocean, and probably felt like she just wanted to "let go of everything".

Every thing else, I admit, doesn't entirely fit. I suppose it could describe Xelha's feelings for Kalas, thoguh in a geneic sort of way.

Eh, I'll try and find a better song.
