Thorn entered the office, only to stop dead in her tracks, staring at none other, than Shadow. "D...d...DAD WHAT THE HECK ARE YOU DOING HERE?!" She exclaimed, staring in disbelief. Shadow turned and smiled briefly at her.

"Getting a job. I figured it'd give me something better to do than compete with Sonic all the time."

Thorn smiled at Shadow. "I guess that's a good reason." Shadow nodded.

"Anyway, want to give me a rundown of this place Thorn? I only got here a little bit ago in all honesty." Thorn nodded, took her adoptive dad by the wrist, and headed for the door. Shadow laughed slightly when she did so, and headed along after her, heading out into the hallway, and heading towards the dorms.
