No guarantees, but I can say you'll likely get better results if you ask for a character with the same win record as your character (two wins, one win one loss, or two losses). It's really the first guess you made - everybody writes it their own way, and the best pair wins. However, feel free to work with your teammate to whatever extent - things like asking for characterization help and beta-ing for each other are especially encouraged for this round.

I'm picking one team as the two winners. Don't worry about a skill discrepency too much, because you'll almost certainly be paired with a teammate who won the same number of fights you did.

Yeah, I'm cool with Zoro and Luffy gettin paired, that really only makes the most sense. As for Ichigo... I think he'd work well with Wolverine. Maybe Hyuuga Neji... I don't know, it's up to you. I don't really have a preference.

1. Wolfwood (Both have a sense of humour, both use guns, makes sense due to the fact our stories have already been somewhat connected)

2. Wolverine (Both are part of Weapon X, Wolverine may even have to restrain himself from killing Deadpool, adding some comedy)

3. Vincent Valentine (both pretty skilled gunmen, and maybe i just have a thing for religious people who shoot stuff)

4. Roronoa Zoro (I've gone through guns, now let's try swordsman, besides, i actually KNOW this character, a little bit anyway...)

5. Neji Hyuuga (Let's see some ninja fury! Besides, Neji is serious, making Deadpool look funnier by comparison).

6. Stitch (Deadpool with a koala bear... i can see him doing that)

7. Vexen (Deadpool and a mad scientist... that might stir some memories)

8. Whist (they just click...)

9. Kyuubi (Deadpool makes a deal with a demon...)

10. Kurosaki Ichigo (Deadpool: did i ever tell you how i dated Death)

11. Orochimaru (umm... go Kabuto? Anyway, Deadpool has his chance at revenge...)

Dude, my condolences to your bro. I was in the Navy for 2 1/2 years, got out in March. It was the most miserable time of my life. If he wants out early, tell him to space out three Alcohol Related Incidents over about 6 months. They'll give him a General Under Honorable Circumstances discharge. In a few months he could have that changed to Honorable, like me. If he ends up not liking it. He might actually enjoy it. I don't know.
