Topic: Here we go!

well first question up. Does anybody else have trouble writing characters emotions and such? Or maybe when you write somthing its during a really tense part of the game where the story is just begining. And where all the characters set out on the paths that will take them through to the end of the story.

Really its this, why do they do the things they do.

Any insight on how Basch must have felt after escaping Nalbina? He never seems to think about it, besides right after they escape, then it fades away. I can tell since there are barely any stories relating to how he must have felt on the inside. I was wondering what you all might think.

I personally think it's hard to write for Fran. She can be very emotionless.

P.S. I Love your Shigure pic!!!!

Thnx! I really love your's too! Fran is difficult to write, hmm...I wonder...

How come the guys have ear peircings in FFXII? I mean...Balthier has both his peirced, but I don't remember anyone of the female characters ever having theirs peirced.

hehe maybe it stylish for Archadian guys than? Al-Cid needs to do his ears, or at least one ear

I think Al-Cid does have one. But if he doesn't, he already wears enough leather to make up for it.;)

I'm writing a story right now, and for some strange reason; everytime I introduce Basch into the scene, he puts his hand on someone's shoulder. I don't know why but I can always see him doing that to someone, even if they're a complete stranger. He surprises people too, it's like all the armor he wears is sound proofed and it's like his worldless form of 'boo' XD

The problem was, I couldn't think how to introduce him any other way!

Basch is very older-brotherly/fatherly so don't feel bad.

Hi Akari! What cha doing way over here!? *lol*

Sharper! I too have a habit of making Basch put his hand upon people's shoulders.... not often but I did it a few times in Words Unspoken. He does it when he speaks to the young men under his command. I think this is a very Basch-like gesture in my opinion.

Like Akari said....fatherly. I believe he is aware that his presence can be intimidating to some people, and he does it to make them feel comfortable.... well in my own little world he does anyway. :P

No, she's not bringing it in she's influencing it!

Lol...it's what I might imagine. except when he does this to my chars in Their World it's Ashe and then my OC Cree, but then Ashe is like a soldier in a way, where she has to fight so hard, and Cree, well she in that world really is a soldier. Not a very loyal one I must say.

Then again she's younge compared to Everyone there
