Okay, about Andy and Randy Pig; would Skip and Chip from Camp Lazlo fit those roles?

Hmm... Miss Mousey and Annie Sue... both Miss Piggy's "rivals" for Kermit's attention.

But Ember's not acting exactly like Miss Piggy in our thing... And the feelings don't come until later...

So, is one of them going to be Ariel? (I'm just guessing...)

That's what I'm trying to figure out. I don't know which one to cast her as (or if I should make it a double role).

And if I cast Ariel as one of them, who's gonna play the other one?

Well, there are a couple of ways that I see:

1: Make it a double role with Ariel playing them both.

2: Make Airel one of them and the other that one mermaid/siren thing from one of the Xiaolin Showdown eps. (You know. The episode where they rescue the mermaid/siren thing when she came out of part of an iceberg and they brought her back to the temple and Omi, Clay and Rai started hitting on her?)

I really, really hope you go with the first one, 'cause if you have seen that episode, then you'll also remember that she's pluck ugly when she's out of the water...

Option A it is, then.

One more down. Now, about Nigel the conductor. What's he like? Is he funny? Talented?

I'm trying to watch the one with Marvin, but it keeps freezing up! *shakes fist* Curse you, AOL! It reminds me of that one guy from Monty Python's Flying Circus (in episode 2) who used mallets to make mice squeak on his "mouse organ". (Good thing there were no real mice on there...)

Don't worry. It usually takes some time to make casting decidions. Take, for example, Jojo as Rowlf. It took me a while to cast that role.

Okay, I just saw the beginning of the first one you posted with Nigel. Very funny. And oddly Pythonesque... I guess that's why I like it so much. But it's gonna take a while for me to see the whole thing. It keeps getting stuck every four or five seconds...

It's one of the pilot episodes for the Muppet Show. Nigel was originally supposed to host it.

And the series was filmed in England... and John Cleese did guest star in an episode once...

But I can't think of anyone he reminds me of either. Though for some reason he kinda reminds me of Sqidward in a really odd and twisted sort of way...

Remember, not all characters are casted because they fit the role. Look at Yumi: she's a goth casted as a Valley-Girl type character, yet we're letting her act like herself.

So, Squidward would work? Is that what you're trying to say?

He might. If we think of no one else, he can get the role.

Although... somehow, I'm imagining Penguin in the role...

There is a Muppet band called The Country Trio. The members are Jim, Jerry, and Frak. They are (were) performed by Jim Henson, Jerry Nelson, and Frank Oz (respectiely). In fact, the Muppets themselves were versions of their performers.

What I'm getting at is this: Wouldn't it be neat if animated versions of ourselves played the members of the Country Trio?

(If that doesn't work, I got the Three Caballeros as back-up.)
