14 year old Patty Bergen, a lonely person disliked by her parents, had helped Anton, an escaped German POW during WWII( who was enlisted against his wishes(he was against Hilter), hide out.

Anton had left but on his way he was chased by the FBI.He made it to the outskirts of Memphis but he ended up above a river on a cliff. As the FBI closed in on him after tracking him they had him cornered. Suddenly he slipped off the cliff but the huge shirt Patty gave him, that was suppose to be a gift to his father, got caught on a branch on the cliff. As Anton hung there he knew he was a gonner. But suddenly a cove appeared on the side of the cliff. Did Anton's eyes deceive him? Anton suddenly felt confident and swung towards the cove, he practically flew into it. When he landed inside the cove opening disappeared behind him. He turned around in shock and suddenly the cove lit up. He turned to see two people dressed like wizards, one of them had a silver lighter that was open. A ball of light was above on the ceiling. Anton stared, wondering if it was a trap of the FBI with secret government weapons that created these illusions. Suddenly he was flying away as one of the wizards took out a portkey.

6 years later Patty thinks Anton is gone and she is sad. After Anton disappeared the FBI brought back the torn shirt and reported seeing Anton fall into the river with rocks. But there are secrets Patty doesn't know. She's a witch with more natural based powers. Like squibs who really have wican powers.

Patty has been accepted to Hogwards, a magical college in the same castle as the magical school, Hogwarts, in Wynsa Island. Hogwarts is years 1-17. (year1=11yr old, year 3=13 years old, etc.) Hogwards is college, undergrad years 8-12(year 8=18 yr old, year 10=20 yr old, etc.) and grad school years 13-15(year 13=23 yr old, etc.). Those are the typical ages for Hogwarts & Hogwards. Any wizard/witch/creature can enter Hogwarts-Hogwards. Finishing Hogwarts school is recommended for those who haven't. Any wizard/witch/creature can enter Hogwards at anytime.

Wynsa Island is a newly discovered island between Europe and America. It is a few hundred miles north east of the Bermuda Triangle(which was discovered to be a magical jetstream that protected Wynas island from hurricanes & etc.). It is owned by England & US. It is primarily for wizards too, though muggles can visit it. To get to it, the Hogwarts magical train travels to the coast and then the train becomes a submarine ship. It's 1/2 under & over, it could go completely under or over too. It takes almost a day to travel. It's a school on the island that looks like just a tiki fortress in a tropical forest in 1 part of the island to to muggles but it's a bustling city-like place to any magic folk or muggles who get inside knowing what it is.

Nature wizards & witches have powers that seep out like osmosis while nurture wizards magic flows out. Nurture wizards/witches harness their magic while nature wizards/withes become intune with it. Nature wizards/witches get their letter later than 11 sometimes as their power develops later.

Their parents don't know and neither does Sharon(a witch too), her younger sister by 6 years. Their neighbor Freddy,4 years younger than Patty, is a wizard and attends Hogwarts. (Hogwarts is in America). And Ruth is squib though her son is still a minister(who is in grad school at Hogwards as well as preaching there) he says God accepts them all if they're good people.

But as Patty finds out without her powers, the people of Jenkesville aren't accepting at all. Especially not her parents, aunts, and unclesf when they find out. During visits at her grandparents, when they all, including her parents, see Patty because she lives with her grandparents after turning 18. They snub or judge her. The story of her helping Anton was of course international.

With the help of her grandparents and Charlene, a report who's really a witch who goes to Hogwards, they created and kept up a story of her attending a Memphis college for journalism. And Charlene takes her to Hogwards where Charlene goes too.

But things aren't pleasant at Hogwarts-Hogwards either. With Hilter's downfall, Grindenwauld(a Nazi who was part of the latest plot to assasinate Hitler) is still trying to use the Deathly Hallows(he esp wanted power over muggles like Hitler) until Dumbledore defeated him on D-day. But before Grindenwauld came Voldemort and even though he was immediately thrown out of his body by Harry Potter(as a baby) 21 years ago, and he was defeated by Harry 4 years ago. Everyone thinks it's over but the Deathly Hallows still exist and are a threat.

During these changing times, all Patty wants to do is go to Germany. And her prayers are answered with a Triwizard Tournament held in Germany. Will things go smoothly with a her past and her new future? Will she find someone she thought she'd never see again?

Billy got on the Hogwarts train after much difficulty finding platform 9 3/4 and sat down in an empty compartment.

Patty rushed to platform 9&3/4 with her grandparents. Her parents sneered at her when she mentioned platform 9&3/4, when the whole family came at her grandparents' and her house yesterday. She remembered how they didn't want Sharon to come either.

Patty went through the wall and hugged her grandparents. "Don't worry," her grandpa said, "I have a feeling you'll see Sharon soon." She waved to them and boarded the train, looking for an empty compartment. She didn't find one but found one with a person in it. "Can I sit here," she asked Billy.

Billy looked up at Patty, "Huh? Uh, yeah, you can sit here. No one else is."

Patty stopped shuffling her feet and sighed in relief. "Thanks," Patty said entering. She sat down in an empty seat. "The amount of people we have here is unusual," Patty said, making small talk.

Billy watch Patty, "Really?"

Patty nodded. "Yea, it seems like we should have more people here. Though I haven't seen the whole train either. This is my first time here."

Billy listened to Patty before smiling slightly, he had found someone who had been in the same position as him, "This is my first year, too."

Patty smiled a bit, feeling happier. "Really? What's your name?"

"I'm Billy. And who, might I ask, are you?" Billy asked curiously.

"I'm Patricia or Patty," Patty replied, interested.

"Nice to meet you Patty," Billy said with a small bob of the head.

"It's nice to meet you too, Billy," Patty replied with a smile. She was more excited now.

Billy smiled, "I wonder how long the trip is."

Patty smiled too. "I think it is a few hours." She saw the scenery changing from flat land to hills and valleys through the window. "But I always figured Wynne City was closer."

"Great," Billy replied. "That'll give us some times to get to know each other."

Riyana stepped into the train and looked around for a seat. She opened the glass sliding doors and she smiled at the other students inside.

Patty smiled at Billy. "It sure will!" She leaned a little closer. "Are you excited?"

Billy nodded, "I am now! I was so scared I wouldn't meet anyone, but now that I have met someone I can't wait to get there!"

Patty sat on the edge of her seat. "I know the feeling! I was scared I'd be all alone. I know one person, Charlene, but I don't know if I would see her. But now that I did meet a new acquaintance, it will be fun!"

"Mind if I join you? I'm so excited, anyone know what house they'll be in?" Riyana said breathlessly.

Billy's smile brightened at Patty's excitement before he looked at Riyana. "I don't mind at all. I wish I knew! That's another thing I'm nervous about!"

Riyana flopped down into an empty seat and she smiled over at the other two. "I hope I'm in Gryffindor, I hear Dumbledore himself was one."
