"Pheabus, my son. You're men have let her slip through to the human world. She must be desperate to get rid of you." A finely dressed woman entered the room, her wings glittering sharply.

"Mother..." An equally dressed man stood in the throne room with his advisors.

"My king, the only way to reach the Guardian of Light is by Air. And need I remind you, sire, that only faeries of royal blood has the power of their element. Only females to add to that, with her gone there's no way you can reach your goal." A really old man dressed in grey said.

"I am not king yet.Only when I marry her, only then will her duty as my wife allow me to achieve my goal." Pheabus said, looking through the big, gaping hole in the floor, reflecting Earth. "But why go to the world of Man? While there she too can die from their disease and idiocy."

Sen got up and sighed, "what do you want to do?"

Hayden walked between them quietly until her stomach growled loudly.

"I... ummm... Can you wait here?" She said blushing.

Kora sat up and leaned against him.

"I don't think hunting will be a problem for you. Maybe training you to stand garlic, crosses, and moving water will be fun....." She said smiling for a moment.

Sen stared at her, "I don't know whitch is more disturbing, your eagerness to see me struggle or the fact that you still look adorable when you do it."

Kora laughed.

"I'd be afraid of the adorable part. The look hides it all!"

"I think it's much to late for me now," said Sen, smiling and hugging her. "You've already charmed me blind."

Serene stopped and turned to hear Hayden's stomach growling.

"Sure thing, we'll wait down there for ya." John said, pointing down the alleyway where some barrels were stacked.

Kora laughed and hugged him back.

"Charmed or my butt kicking and medical skills made an impression."

Hayden nodded and ran off.

Sen smiled, kissing her quickly, "Either way, I could never leave you."

Kora blushed.

"I hope nothing will be able to separate us..." She mumbled kissing him back.

"Nothing will," Sen promised, hugging her tightly. "No matter what happens to me I'll find a way to get back to you."

"Miss Hayden." Pheabus said, leaned against an alley wall casually.

Kora nuzzled his chest.

Hayden stopped short and bared her fangs at the man, going defensive as he knew of her. She quietly smelled the air to find out what he was.

Sen held her tightly and smiled, "Kora, I know this is a little quick but, well," he took a ring off of his finger, "Will you marry me?"

Pheabus smiled pleasantly. "You've forgotten our date? *Small laugh* And I was so looking forward to it." He took in her appearence and grimaced for a second before sighing. "Ah, you must have ran into trouble. I sincerly apologize for my earlier rudeness."

He gave a curt bow. "My servants can fix something for you to suit you're tastes while we talk over dinner." He held out his arm, waiting, still smiling. "Don't worry. I am aware of you're dietary needs and you'll find it has all been arranged." He reassured her.

Kora stiffened.

"I.... You... But...." She stumbled over the words as she blushed brightly and played with the hem of her shirt.

Hayden growled quietly.

"I don't know you, but your offer is most kind." She said taking a step back and feeling nervous.

Pheabus cocked his head to one side. "I would have thought you're previous employer would have informed you...Ah well then, I shall introduce myself." Another curt bow. "I am Prince Pheabus, soon to be King, of the Wind Palace of Faeries." He stood back up smiling.

"Please, allow me ingulge myself in you're company. I have a rather desperate situation in which I could use you're services. You came highly recommended among our council." He held his arm out again, in invitaton.

Sen sighed, "Alright, it was a stupid question anyway," he put the ring in his pocket and sat up.

Kora stumbled ovr her words and blushed before taking a deep breath.

"I'm very happy so I don't know what to say! I'm sorry if I seemed to reject your offer!" She said quickly and grabbed his hand.

"I just never thought.... I mean... I didn't think anyone would want me..." She said kissing him gently.

Hayden took his hand.

"Work? I haven't worked for a few months, your information must travel slow."

Sen smiled, "So, you will?" he kissed her back.

Pheabus gave a small smile. " My place is very hard to reach. No doubt the messengers were inequipped. Which is why I came alone to talk with you." He replied calmly, leading her to a seamstress's shop who looked nervously about her as she let them them in and closed the shop.

Kora smiled and knodded.

"I will."

Hayden stiffened in the shop.

"Talk or challenge?" She half growled.

Sen smiled and kissed her deeply, unable to say how happy he was.

Pheabus looked offended. "Talk of course. I'm hoping to employ you're services remember?" He looked her up and down again. "However you're wardrobe is staggering, and not in the good way. I mean no offense but I'd like to eat dinner with a respectable lady."

Hayden laid her hands on her hips.

"No offense but I don't exactly wear dresses to hunt or kill in, but I can go change if you need me to."

Kora kissed him back and smiled.

Sen grinned, "Should we tell your friends?"

Pheabus raised his eyebrow. 'It is to attend my dinner, with my Council, and I cannot have you go looking like that when I had to personally invite you myself." He said, standing straight.

Cassie sighed as she entered the bar. "Geez, now everyone's gone." She muttered kicking the bar stool and sitting down.

Serene looked at John. "I don't think she's coming back. Let's go look for her, I'm worried."

John sighed running his hand through his hair as he thought for a moment. "yeah, ok. Kora would kick our butts if we just left without trying." He said walking in the direction Hayden went.

"That's what you're worried about?" Serene said angrily.

Kora smiled.

"Yes, but I think you need to flinish washing the blood off of yourself." She said smirking.

Hayden walked over to the door.

"Then I will be back momentarily."
