Anyways, I was looking through comicvine.com and you know what? They have NOTHING on DC Comic's Hawkman. Nothing. And I don't f*cking blame them. The character has one of the most fugly continuities around. He's either Thanagarian, a reincarnated Egyptian prince, a bird-spirit, or.. something else that I'm forgetting. Jeez.

At least he's always shirtless in all his peoples and incarnations. Heheheeh.

Erm, wrong thread Oberon.

We should have a thread for drooling/ogling eye-candy. :P

Where art thou, oh great Moderator?

Well, NiRi does have her own elfling.

NiRi lives at Petsmart these days... Ah the joys of removing hair splinters from under my fingernails or nursing bite and scratch wounds. I so love my job! And my elfling is at her dad's during the school week, so I can't use that as an excuse. Rather, I've been frantically finishing my tale for this month's ALEC contest and trying to keep it under the maximum word count. Then I need to finish the Epilogue for Elrohir's Tale (The Prince and the Shepherdess) and get back to work on several other long novel length stories... The joys of having an overactive imagination. So much to write, never enough time!!!

OH and since this is the GIRLY thread... I HATE BEING IRREGULAR!!! *goes in search of more drugs grumbling about stupid body's lack of warnings*

Put some aloe on your wounds, sip a hard lemonade, finish your paper, and then relaaaaax. Your readers can wait for you to feel better, NiRi.

hard lemonade?? I want a glass of dark purple wine. But then I'd be of no use to none. This story has to be finished and turned in by midnight to compete and I've busted my ass writing it, soo... it WILL be completed! *grumbles and goes to take short nap*

Good luck!

1) At least your getting $$$ for it. 2) Your readers will not care if you run a little behind. I honestly would love for you too. I need to catch up on that Elrohir fic...

Question for the female thread: Does one's body ever start being regular? I missed a month in between my periods the past 3 or 4 times... and it's doing it again. Argh!!!!!!!! :((((((

9/30/2009 #14
Telcontar Rulz

I'm not regular either. If it comes every month, no matter how much time has elapsed since my last one, I consider it to be normal.

9/30/2009 #15
Gwenneth Tinuiel

If mine came every month... I'd be very happy. I skip months... :((

9/30/2009 #16
Nieriel Raina

I have never been regular. I go anywhere from 40-90 days. Which I find is actually a good thing. I'd rather NOT have one every month, but it does make planning a bit inconvenient.

9/30/2009 #17
Araloth the Random

I get mine every month, but at different times. So I never know which week it's gonna hit. :(

10/01/2009 #18

If I am under a lot of stress I sometimes get two a month! Other times I skip months. You know I do not really think there is a "normal" . lol.

10/01/2009 #19
Telcontar Rulz

Normal is relative.

10/01/2009 #20
Hello Anyone There

While you're younger it's often irregular. It usually takes a few years to settle into a steady pattern. Unless you're unlucky and it just remains irregular.

Araiona Dubois

I've never been regular... but that's cos I've got PCOS.

10/01/2009 #22

I guess I can just assume I am unlucky, (sigh) oh well. Just blame eve!

10/01/2009 #23

Err, Oberon? You okay?

Well, I think I figured out why everything was upsetting me the other day. :(
