Thankfully, the author was redeemed by the brilliant 'The Stone Rose' and 'The Last Dodo', but this was awful.

Three words: Giant. Friggin'. Porcupines.

Oh my God, I know! It wasn't her best work at all. She's written a fantastic Eighth Doctor book too, EarthWorld, so I was really disappointed when I read this. We can expect more from her, this is something we might get out of a Davies-on-crack script.
