Kurary gave her a confused look, "All land Masailand."

"...People in Masailand speak Maa, yes?" Cosette asked him.

Kurary shook his head, "Only Masai speak Maa."

Cosette raised an eyebrow. "Who else is there?... besides myself and Saabi?"

"Non-Masai's do not speak Maa," he said.

"What do they speak?" Cosette asked.

"languages of their tribes."

Cosette nodded slowly, as she tried to think of another analogy...

Kurary smiled at them.

"And they live on Masailand?" Cosette asked.

Kurary nodded.

"And they have their own parts of Masailand?" Cosette asked.

Kurary nodded.

Cosette's eyes lit up, and she smiled.

"Okay... The French? My tribe, before I was a gypsy" She told him, slowly.

Kurary nodded slowly, "French," he repeated the foreign word with an exaggerated accent.

Cosette smiled, and nodded. "France? The French part of Masailand" She told him.

"Where you are from?"

Cosette nodded, smiling wildly.

Kurary nodded, "France," he said the word slowly.

Cosette smiled, and nodded. "That's it... Saabi's home, harder to say"

Kurary nodded, "And this is up north?"

"France is" Cosette said. "Saabi's home is more north-east"

Kurary nodded in understanding.

Cosette smiled widely, happy that she was able to make a point, so she felt anyway.

Kurary glanced over to make sure that Isina was okay where she was.

Saabi was still threading beads with Isina.

Kurary watched the two for a moment before Isina looked up and grinned at him.

Saabi glanced at Isinia when he saw her look up, and followed her gaze, before smiling and giving a wave to Cosette.

Kurary rubbed Isina's head as the girl went back to beading her necklace.

There were some shouts from outside of the village.

Saabi's eyes flicked up, as he looked towards where the shouts were coming from.
