light-hearted romance for me. i just have it in for fluff....of course, that doesn't mean i always refuse an actual GOOD smut fic.

it's just horrible reading over-dramatized sex scenes with the same-old stereotypical terms....you all kno what i speak of. "moan". "'i want you inside me'". arching of the back. "ecstacy". yup, you kno what i speak of.

*knows what fren speaks of* Uggh. =X

I'm more of a fan of shounen-ai. I find that they are sweeter and often contain deeper levels of love than the simple, "OMG UR HOT I WANNA SKREW U!!!!" type of things. But it does work sometimes, like in "Beautiful" by The Providence Crow! [/blatant advertising]

You succeed. ((Would beam again, but has learned her lesson from last time. Listen closely: you can still hear the eye-juice sizzle!))

Sizzle, like bacon. Actually, "sizzle" reminds me of licorice and a steak restaurant. Or those really corny soap operas. Wow, I be random much.

mmm...licorice...I wonder, do my eye juicers taste like licorice, or bacon?

'Tis the devil's word. that, and onomatopeoia. Which is actually spelled correctly...

I like the light hearted romance, but a bit of the other....like one chapter maybe with it hinted...unless i really want to read it...but i like the light hearted romance best.

I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a rabid fan of shameless smut. What can i say, i'm a goddamn perv.

I have to agree, *sigh* mindless smut is so good to read! Ah well, if the consequence of liking shameless smut is being a prev, then so be it!

Either or both for me. Just so long as there's something of an emotional backdrop to it, even if it as clichéd as a sexual obsession. [Hint: I'm a sworn enemy of PWP in fanfiction of any kind]

I dont mind either, if its good quality, ill read it, for sure, but i like the more romantic ones, that drag it over time, because of love, not just lust.

btw, its spelt onomatopoeia, i remember, cause thats how i say it, with the o :P so that i can remember how to spell it :P well, i few people in my english class do that also
