You can have Grimmjow but you can't have a crossover character (like a modified Sakura and stuff; which is what I assume you were meaning). It's just one Bleach character and one Naruto character.

Unfortunately, Inner Sakura is Sakura still because she is what Sakura truly thinks, and she hides what she thinks from others, preferring to keep a social standard of some sort. And Sakura is already chosen, so could you pick another Naruto character?

Ironically, Snow, that's what I was gonna write in my post before (or did I, I can't remember) that Hitsugaya could come play with Hyourinmaru. Hmm, they are both pretty good reasons but since Hyourinmaru is an ice dragon, better not let him get too close to Nibi then...
