History:A calm man, whose words are few. A compliment from this man is rare, a man with a serious personality who is ** himself. Always training up his abilities with weapons,he was artifically augmented by Foundation X and was assigned to the Special forces of the Information procurment department,he rose through the ranks becoming a captain and is a skilled warrior and master swordsmen,he never questiuons orders except for when it involves the deaths of innocents he is actually a very deep person and hates what he has become.

History:Kazu was a genius child who was brought into Foundations X growing child prodigy development program,he was raised to become an ace agent,the group killing all emotion within him. Kazu was originally Doctor Prospect's liason for the Foundation giving him the psychic abilities of the Quarks. He was also in possession of the Eternal Memory deck and a Memory deck Driver, but he was incompatible with the Memory deck and could only assume the Red Flare form of Kamen Rider Eternity. It was then he was given the more compatible Utopia Memory and Gaia Driver to become the Utopia Master In a fight with Kaz T. Dai as Eternity Blue Flare, Kazu was killed and his body was then brought back to life by Shiro Kanzaki Xaviax's right hand man along with Kaz to function as servants,Kazu now working as a go between for foundation X.

Kazu most of the time appears cold and emotionless and has a strange habit of droppng whatever he is holding whenever he is shocked. He is not completely emotionless as he saved Saeko Sonozaki from near death out of love and is willing to tell her things about his organization,

Kazu first appears to Ryubee Sonozaki when Ryubee tells him that with his daughter, Wakana Sonozaki, the groups funding they gave to the Museum will be well worth it. After Saeko is left for dead by the Smilodon Master, Kazu saves her out of love and offers to help her but she turns him down. He then witnesses Saeko use the powers of the Level 3 R Nasca Dopant and learns about her sister's role in the way she was raised. It is only after Wakana evolves into ClayDoll Xtreme that Saeko accepts Kazu's advice. In his first appearances Kazu holds a briefcase containing the T2 Gaia Memories at all times until he gives them to Tabata to take to their headquarters.

After Ryubee's death, he rescued Wakana from the burning Sonozaki Estate, and with Saeko, he plans to resume the Gaia Impact. However, Wakana's comatose state forces Kazu to wait until her power resurfaces. He then reveals himself to the riders as the Utopia Master Undeader to overwhelm them. Upon discovering that Wakana's consciousness is connected to R, and that his anguish rises her compatability with the ClayDoll Memory fused into her body he attempts to force out Philip's anguish to wake up Wakana and complete the Gaia Impact to the extent of attacking everyone close to him.

After Saeko betrays him, Kazu is revealed to be a Undeader evident by his inability to be burned or destroyed by the Taboo Master's light ball attacks. After attacking and when Wakana wakes up, he gives Saeko one last chance to work together with him only to be attacked again and relucantly kills her. He is then approached by Shotaro who without transforming and with the Memory Gadgets restrains the Utopia Dopant, saves Wakana, and destroys the facility before the Gaia Impact can initiate. The Utopia Dopant however survived, infuriated at Shotaro and then goes after him. When Philip arrives he and Shotaro transform into Kamen Double CycloneJoker Xtreme, and fight against the the already badly hurt Dopant and they further weaken him with Philips final feelings. Enraged and he proceeds to destroy them but fortunately, Kamen Rider W was able to defeat him with the Double Prism Xtreme Maximum Drive. Dissolving into dust, Kazu tries to activate the memory again only for him to drop it and it shatters and he admits his own crime is to love and his rescued by Shiro taking him back to Ventara to prevent him from turning to dust.

When the Kamen Riders came to save Wakana, Kazu reveals his ownership of the golden Utopia Gaia Memory as well as a Gaia Driver he received as a side payment from the Museum in order to become the seemingly omnipotent and powerful Utopia Master Undeader possessing more powers than the extremely enhanced Weather Dopant, his compatability with the memory is 98%. So powerful, that just transforming into his Dopant form causes unheld-in-place objects to levitate and get pushed away when he transforms. His reality-bending powers result from the memory's ability to grant wishes and absorbing the aspirations and ambitions of others. The most seen of his powers is telekinesis which he uses for bringing people and things to him, repelling attacks from enemies, levitating objects, and causing great pain onto others.

The Utopia Master Undeader is armed with a cane as his weapon. He also demonstrated releasing fire from his hands, with strength powerful enough to tear apart a street causing steam to erupt then disappear, summoning a tornado with a small thunderstorm, move at high speeds, stealing some of people's life force and adding it to his power, reverting transformed people into base or human forms, causing people or things to combust, and the ability to make people's faces disappear and putting them in a comatose state. During the final battle against Kamen Rider Team Double, Utopia Master Undeader has demonstrated a technique his own Rider Kick similar to the Kamen Rider's.

History:Basco and Marvelous were led by Great Red, with his robotic parrot, Navi and other red ranger candidates They searched the universe in the Galaxy Galleon to find the Original Ranger Keys, which contained the powers of the original team of heroes that existed thousands of years ago, after The keys were dispersed all over the universe, they believed that once they collected them all, they could find the Greatest Treasure in the Universe.

They eventually managed to find one of the Ranger Keys, but Basco betrayed Great Red,lMarvelous,and the others he conspired with Alien invader forces and foundation X forces which attacked the ship, wanting the treasure all for himself. Great Red saved Marvelous from the enemy forces and gave him the chest containing the ancient map and told him to find the Greatest Treasure in the Universe,Great Red was last seen charging into hundreds of enemy soldiers Basco watching on.

The Alliance acknowledged him as a special pirate and considered him an ally as he only attacked enemies of evil Basco became an acquaintance of Invader Chief of Staff, Damaras, who he called "Old Man Damaras". With Marvelous travelling in the Galaxy Galleon, Basco travelled with his ship, Dual Joker Teason, which appeared to be a modified Edanoi battleship. Basco gained a partner, Sari the space monkey commander, who moves quickly and attacks with two cymbals and amazing acrobatics. During this time, Basco managed to discover even more things about marvelous and the plans of the Power Rangers alliance

Although he appears human, his true form is that of a Werewolf like monster clad in pirate-like armor, He is strong enough to easily break a humans arm and can emit red and black energy from his body that can deal a lot of damage. He is also incredibly fast, being able to attack his enemies with delayed effect. Basco claims that this form is the real reason why he gained a bounty back then and why Great Red feared him.

Baso wields a trumpet, the Rapparatta, that when played, allow him to forcefully steal the Greater powers of the previous Power ranger teams the melody able to drain morphing grid energy, When Basco puts Ranger Keys into his trumpet, he can materialize Rangers. They become puppets and act as instructed, but after being defeated the Ranger Clones revert to keys again,Basco has displayed the abillity to grow large upon defeat aswell as shrink back down upon his leisure.

Basco's past is largely unknown however he is said to come from a war torn world of the space wolf like race and grew up all alone on the street,at some point he was recruited by Great Red,and was among the first ones chosen by the great Wizard he was among Marvelous's first few friends and deeply hurt Marvelous by betraying him,Basco is an amazing musician skilled in playing the trumpet,the piano,and the guitar,the harmonica and is a masterful pilot and skilled at sleight of hand,such as con games and picking locks,aswell as hacking into computer systems.

History:When Kirihiko was a child he and his sister, Yukie attended a kindergarden in Futo City. It was there were he invented the future mascot of Futo, Futo-kun. Years later, an adult Kirihiko got a job as one of the Museum's top Mutate Memory dealers,the Museum was a subsidiary group inside of Foundation X,Kirihiko has a professed love of Futo City, to the extent of creating its mascot, Futo-kun in his childhood. He would do anything to help his hometown. Unfortunately this lead to him getting a job for the Sonozaki research institute and Museum, unaware of its true intentions,due to his great potential and skill he is adopted into the Sonozaki family formally,as such Kirihiko does everything in his power to help his new family

Kirhiko belives that the Sonozaki family is only giving the powers of the Mutate memories to evil people and that they are planning on using these people as test subjects to create a utopia city,unaware of the evil they are planning or the evil that Foundation X truly represents,he is sometimes a very arrogant person but is loyal to his friends and family and has a soft spot for children.

Kirihiko was a kendo champion in his youth and is regarded as a kind philanthropist working to better the city,out of all the Foundation X members he is the most remediable.

Basically, after seeing the rangers change forms mid battle, the foundation creates it's own morpher, but instead of morphing into rangers, it gives the person the ability to morph into villains
