ooc: Who ever said I don't truly believe? You see people in the church like this pastor's wife who was visiting and told the story how her heart stopped twice, and people who turn their lives around, and how the people react to these stories...And you find it hard not to believe. Oh god I'm sounding like one of those radical mother fuckers...

ooc: A) I never said that you dont truely believe. I was talking about myself. B) If you ask me, there surely are supperior beings (gods?), but why specifically the christian god?

ooc: Also, why must people go to church to prove that they believe? If they believe, it doesnt matter if they go to church or stay home.

ooc: Because the bible says so. Let me just ask all remaining questions for you. "And what about the parts in the bible that contradict? And what about the things they say in the bible that we don't do? And why does the Devil kill millions of fewer people than god does? And if creationism is real, then what the fuck has science been looking at all these years? And if Jesus gave his life to cleanse sin, why are there still so many sinners? And how come no one actually listens to the ten commandments? And how come the old testament is only applied when it benefits someone?" If I missed anything, tell me.

ooc: To answer most of it, cause Christianity, like every other religion, is based on theories for things that cant be explained and moral guidelines, while Hell, Punishment and Sin are just part of it to cause fear or dread, and so making it more likely to follow those moral guidelines. And to answer the last question, cause such people are assholes.
