addicted666Topic: Addicted? Of course. Of course I'm addicted. Doesn't the name say it all. All CSI's and Cold case are SOOO great. I'm always watching the re-runs and getting the episodes from america when ever I can. Not that I don't have a life or anything. Lol. But whenever I'm at home - forget doing work - it's CSI (&cc) all the way. LMAO. |

Missy Hollandthink you're right, and there's nothing wrong with it, al long as ya don't forget to live. And that's what i meant, is there someone so obsessed that the only thing he does is related to CSI? Not that it's a bad thing. guess that is you're own choice.Love, Missy |

Fayre AidenI'm completely obsessed!!!! I can't help it... I just can't get enough! I watch the show religiously each week (rerun or not), watch on Spike when I get the chance, own seasons 2 and 4 on DVD, read the novels, want the graphic novels, collect screencaps, make collages out of the screencaps, cover my notebooks with pictures of cast and crew, know the background of every character, know the bios of the cast members, have 2 websites, write fanfics, read fanfics, beta fanfics, coauthor fanfics, quote the show, know all episodes by name and number, have seen every episode at least twice, can hear a line from another room and instantly tell you what episode and who killed who for what reason, look for the butterflies in each episode, not to mention I'm a major GSR shipper! I won['t say the CSI: is my life, but it comes pretty D*** close!!| #4 Jan 15th 2006, 12:58pm

addicted666Yep 'The Who' are great - I got their best of album - olda than u tho - but still a teen. ;-p I'm so loving CSI. My life is fine and everything but it wouldn't be the same without CSI and coffee. Two things I love. Lol. I've even got a forensic science course I take at college. I have to say that I sorta like the anthropology and psychology parts more than the others though. Actually - I gotta go watch some CSI - so TTFN. |

Missy Hollandduh, the show is great, just a fact but why do adults don't get that, my mum says i'm insane to watch the eppi's over and over again, but it's a way of life. So is knowing quotes normal, but mum thinks í shouldn't watch it so mutch. Are you're parent the same or is that just me ? |

addicted666My dad thinks I'm getting addicted to the internet - but like hell - I'm just downloading CSI episodes. My mom is pretty okay, but she's addicted to the internet and does't take much notice of what I do. But they pretty much do think I'm crazy with it. I sit down and watch CSI everyday and my dad mostly watches it with me - so he's pretty great about it - but he does end up saying I'm a freak and junk when the music starts and I can tell him which episode it is. To be fair, I sometimes have to wait till the first second of the first scene. Lol. I was actually freaked out the other day because I couldn't remember and episode until like 3 seconds into it!!! He really does think I'm lovin CSI too much - but who can resist? When I can speak along to the whole show I'll be worried, but five minutes of each episode is good enough for me. ;-pAnswer to your question - YES I am weird. Luvin ya, C. xx |

CarlieDOh yeah.Definitely obsessed. Own Seasons 1 - 4 on DVD (waiting for the S5 set to come back on the shelves at my workplace...), watch them endlessly. Write fan fics, endlessly discuss pairing with my friend and once briefly with my mother (which was quite funny, seeing as she had the same pairings as me! And my mother doesn't normally watch TV, let alone make pairings!). Memorized various quotes from the series, can usually rattle off the plotline of any given episode title. Create entire Sims 2 neighbourhoods for the expressed purposes of "living" my CSI dreams. Oh yeah. Definitely obsessed. Seriously considering Criminology/Sociology/Psychology as a major in university next year. | #10 Jan 20th 2006, 7:17pm

addicted666First off - great subjects - second - I thought I was the only one obsessed enough to do that with the sims. I recently got totally hooked into cold case and got sims 2 for crimbo so I started a save on that with scotty and lily as my first couple. They are now happily married, but I'm upset. Why? Because kids don't exist on there. ¦`( So I'm keeping the CSI crew on sims 1. Grissom and Sara have two girls. I would tell you more but I could go on all day. I'm already resisting the urge to tell you their names. Third - I've got 1 to 4 on DVD as well, taped season 5 on VHS and downloaded half of 6 so far. I couldn't wait. Lol. Although I can say which investigations go to which episode title, I can't put the number to the title. Some quotes from CSI just stick with me - like today, I got in late, sat down and snuff was on my TV. The first thing I said was 'I guess she killed you back.' As for parents my ma aint too interested n me pa just wants Gris to (in his words) bone Sara.| #11 Jan 21st 2006, 4:26pm

Missy HollandI'm afraid I have to admit I don't own the Sims 2 I just have 1 but my sister took away the pavement so my Sims can't be visited and they get all depressed:( But I do think that is kinda weird if you know the episode just by hearing the music* sighs: I wish I could do that* but I do know a quote from every episode though, that just sticks with you. And I envy you for your parents. Mine think i shoudn't watch it so mutch and they even forgot to record Down the Drain. Thankgod there are reruns. I had a major fight over that with my dad, I kept yelling : I told you that Warrick and Cath were about to kiss in that episode !!!. I was freaking out, but it was worth it when I finally saw it. But I'll stop, I got to go and pretend to study my English exam. ( it isn't my first language but who cares ) I could do that with my eyes shut, but if I did I couldn't read the questions so it wouldn't be a great idea.TTYL | #12 Apr 01st 2006, 9:25am

DC WorldThat is so cool that you are considering doing that kind of stuff as a career. I am also obessed. I can see the opening of an episode and tell you what happens in the episode and recite some scenes word for word. My sister thinks that I am crazy. And maybe I am. When I graduate ( just one more year) I also plan on studying some form of Criminal or Foresnic Psy. The mind of a serial killer fasinated me. I probably got that fasination for CSI. My favorite character is Greg. It is werid because he reminds me of my boyfriend. ( This sounds cheesy, but I am probaby dating him because he reminds me of Greg!! Ha Ha, Just joking) Actually we started going out before I started watching CSI. Werid huh? I also like Sara because she has an intersting past. Anyways I am rambling now and people are probably getting bored.| #13 Jul 20th 2006, 10:27am

Missy HollandYeaah, Las Vegas is the best. Though NY is good as well, haven't missed one episode of that one !! But to stick with the topic, addictions can get nasty when you're on vacation without tv and thus without CSI!!! Is it just me who's going cold turkey without CSI at least once a week ?? Noo,wait, it's not that bad. but I do miss it!! OMG OMG OMG Who has seen Build to Kill ???? I felt sooo sorry for Catherine, and how sweet of her to call Sara!!!! Addicted? Of course!!| #15 Dec 17th 2006, 5:36am

TDCSII must admit like the rest of you I am totally obsessed with CSI. The show is phenomenal.Ever since the Pilot I was hooked. I have religiously watched every episode, re-run or not. My best friend thinks I'm crazy. She just enjoys CSI. My true obsession is Grissom. He is truly an enigma. And of all the looks he gives, priceless. My favorite is in the show, Last Laugh, when Greg gives him the results on the coffee. That look has me rolling on the ground every time I see it. But I am happy to see him and Sara together. Bout time I say. They were meant for each other. Now everytime I see the preview for Leaving Las Vegas, I want to cry. I mean, come on it's Grissom. He can't just leave. Even if it is just to do a few weeks of teaching. | #16 Dec 25th 2006, 4:43am

ViggorrahI, personally, don't think I'm obsessed...Oh, who am I kidding??!?! I LOVE CSI!!! :D I started watching CSI around the third of fourth season and been religiously watching it ever since. I started out watching it every night from 6-8 on SpikeTV. Then I went on and started collecting the series on DVD. (Got 1-4 and still going!) I have a 2007 calendar (complete with magnets). ;P I have 6 CSI books and the board game. (The original, not the Encore Edition /Cries and sobs/) Some of the people I know laugh at me. I don't understand why though. HOW CAN YOU NOT LOVE THIS SHOW??? Forget Grey's Anatomy...And like most of you people out there I am obsessed with Grissom. HOW CAN YOU NOT BE? I seriously don't get how people can't love him. HE'S AWESOME! :D I'm addicted and d*** proud of it too. Vigg | #17 Feb 05th 2007, 3:41pm . Edited Feb 05th 2007, 3:47pm

Missy HollandWow, you really are obsessed ;) Nothing wrong with it though, I didn't even know they had a calender! Awesome! I do have the books and a DVD series. You're right, HOW CAN YOU NOT LOVE THIS SHOW! Grey's Anatomy or CSI? it's a tie, Grey's is more personal, but I loooove Grissom, Cath, Sara and the others! Grissom's a great guy indeed, he's cute and adorable (even though that's the same) Hehehe. You're right in another thing: We should be F*** proud of our addiction! There are people out there who can't quote some episodes T.T We should go and make them watch until they love it! Keep talking, I'm bored and loooove it when people actually talk on my forums ;) x | #18 May 14th 2007, 8:44am
