So, you like Tangled?

But what about in comparison to other animated movies such as Toy Story 3 or How to Train Your Dragon?

Better, or less entertaining?

Well, I never saw How To Train Your Dragon. I heard it was really good, but it just never appealed to me. I've never been into dragons and such. But I enjoyed Toy Story 3, but it just wasn't as fun an experience as seeing Tangled. Toy Story 3 bored me at moments, and it wasn't the funniest thing I've seen. And I crave romance in movies. Wether it be a horror film, animated film, etc. So for Tangled, it had everything I wanted in a movie. Great songs. Pretty people. (pointing at you, rider.) Nonstop humor. Fantastic graphics. And suspense. Not to mention a few tears. (yeah. i did.)

But, on the other hand, I've never been a big fan of animated movies. The only one I really loved growing up was The Princess and the Pauper from Barbie. (hey! it had great songs!) :P

HTTYD and Tangled are in a deadlock right now.I LOVED How To Train Your Dragon but I also really loved Tangled.So I really cannot decide.

I only loved three animated movies I've seen this year. How To Train Your Dragon, Megamind and Tangled.

Right now I'm at a tie between Toy Story 3 and Tangled xD

How to Train your Dragon was good, but come on Astid and Hiccup can't compare to the cuteness of Flynn and Rapunzel :D

As for Toy Story 3, I kinda grew up with it so its not a fair comparrison xD

I liked How to Train Your Dragon, Megamind, and Tangled, but I loved Toy Story III. On the other hand, both Tangled and Megamind have inspired plot bunnies, and Toy Story III hasn't. Has anyone seen Legends of the Guardians, based on Kathryn Lasky's owl books?

I did. I took my sister to see it.

The plot kept running away, but the visuals were stunning. When they weren't being slow-mo'd, that is.

Plus, the death of the villain was kinda...violent for a children's movie. My sister's eleven and it was a bit much for her.

Took the kids to see Despicable Me. It was OK, with several humor-filled moments, but I'd still have to say that Tangled and Megamind are better movies over all.

In my opinion, no movie will ever be better than How to Train Your Dragon, but Tangled came WAY close.

HTTYD, TS3, and Tangled are excellent but I think we should wait for the rest of the year to check the other animations like Kung Fu Panda 2, Cars 2 , Happy Feet 2,etc.... yeah lots of sequels but from great animations.So far the best of the year is Tangled.

I loved Tangled, but I think I liked HTTYD best. Megamind was also amazeing, and I can't help but get slightly emotinal at TS3 (Note the slightly. Usaly, I am a cold hearted and soleless person.). But still, HTTYD.
