First up, before we create characters, we need to have a quick discussion of the scale of their powers.

For obvious reasons, team BLUE will have slightly stronger powers, unless someone else joins their team.

Red has fire powers and electricity type stuff.

I think it should be measured in terms of firepower.

.22 being least powerful, .50 BMG being most powerful. For example, red team should be at about .40 caliber level, pretty big round, beats 9mm, but it cannot beat the .45 ACP or .45 Auto as its called. So that would result in blue team being at .45 Auto level.

However the Glow does grant one ability to help prevent the death of its possessor. The only ability outside of this state of mind The Glow grants is self-evolution. The ability to evolve one's body to it's supremacy and nothing else. This ability along with the resolve and independence gained is the epitome of the Universe. The only downfall belonging to the Tentei Shinseigan is the evolved body returning to its previous state.
