When they're kids, before the Young Justice. Again, has no plot in actual rp, just for fun :3

(( So, what's the story? We just play them when they were kids? ^^ ))

(Yepp, and since it has no plot line, you can play them at any age. For example, say I'm rping with you, and we make our oc's like...10 or 11. If I was in one with Lena, she and I could make them..like...5 or 6. It's like CC, no plot :3)

(( Gotcha! I think I want Isabel to be like.. 8. :) How old do you want Lilly and Tara to be, Lena? ))

((Hm, well Tara's 15 right now... Maybe like 10-12? Somewhere around there?))

(( Lilly is 16 at the moment, so maybe Tara is 10 and Lilly is 11? :) And can Mary be like, 6? Would that work with Kal? ))

(Sure, what's the age difference between the two? Too lazy to check)

((I think he's like 16-17, probably the latter. But yup, that works for me with Tara!))

(( Mary is 16 at the moment. Kal is 16 too isn't he? ))

(So they'll both be 6??? Cute! Alright, everybody ready??? I'm all excited!)

(( I'm ready! How do we start? ))

((Aw, that'll be cute! And yeah, i was wondering that too. How will they all meet? i think Tara and Lilly live close enough but still.)

It was Winter, which meant some people were coming to Texas for Winter Vacation. Not the DeSousa's, however, they already lived there. The family consisted of six children, and two parents. However, once again, both parents were not home. It was rare they were. The two oldest brothers watched over their younger siblings. Actually, it was more the oldest, Alejandro. The second oldest, Jose, was just a cause of more problems.

The youngest two of the family were the young twins Joquin and Joquina, also known as Mikey and Micky. Both were 8 years old. At the moment, Micky was playing in a nearby grass field, her brother having gone to play with his friend, Andre. She had two bandages on her left cheek, a small bruise as well. The knees in her brown pants were ripped, showing her scraped knees. She'd fallen. She sat, crying quietly, her dirty and sand coloured wavy hair covering her face. In a few years times, the waves would be replaced by braids. She had no shoes, her feet having bandaids on them as well, covering cuts and blisters.

(That's the intro for Micky. Maybe Braxton's family is on vacation? Simple things like that, or maybe they wandered from school, etc. I...don't really know ^^;)

A little brown haired girl was hopping on the street; one foot, both feet, one foot, both feet. It was hopscotch. Her curly pigtails bounced with her as she played, giggles sounding through her lips as she did so. She was playing alone, but that was something she was used to.

"Whoa! It's so... so.."

"Beautiful?" the mother mermaid chuckled at her daughter. "Yes, my love. This is Atlantis. Daddy needs to speak to the king, and we'll be staying her for the next few days." she explained as the two swam behind a mer-man.

As they entered the city, several Atlantians curiously looked at them, having never seen mermaids like them before. They came to the palace as the mother mermaid looked at her six year old daughter. "Now stay right here while Daddy and I speak with the King." and with that, they both swam away.

Aquamarine coiled her tail and looked around for a moment, then sat down on some steps.

"Do I have to go, Mom?" the young girl whined as her mother dragged her along. "Can't I just stay home with Dad?"

"Dad is busy. Come on, if you're good, we'll get ice cream on the way home." her mother looked down at her daughter with a smile. Lilly instantly perked up.

"Okay!" Going to the grocery store was her least favorite thing to do, but ice cream sounded great!

Ten-year-old Braxton grinned as he ran off into the straggely trees, feeling a freedom taking over. His family was on vacation down in Texas visiting some family friends. They lived in a kind of suburban area, so the moment he found a place to run he took off.

The short-blonde hair on his head blue around as he ran, but his blue eyes shined. He loved the freedom! Soon enough he slowed to a stop, leaning over to catch his breath. He glanced around as he did so. He was in a little field; nothing special, but it looked like it could be used to play a game of kickball or something.

He stood back up straight and put his hands in his pockets and he wandered around. Soon enough he heard a noise up ahead and walked forwards curiously, but stopped when he noticed a little girl sitting alone. Was she okay?

"But this is boring..." A brown-haired girl whined to her mom and older brother as they walked slowly through the isles of a grocery store. They weren't near home, but she was slowly beginning to realize every grocery store was probably as boring as the ones back home.

"Will ya stop complaining?" Her older brother grumbled as he walked by his mom, and she nodded in agreement.

"No one needs your whining!"

Tara rolled her eyes and crossed her arms stubbornly, her mood rather sour.

(( Who's playing Wally? ))

Lilly crossed her arms and looked around the isles, not understanding how her mother could stand doing this all the time. Why didn't they make their own food? As her mother stopped in the isle to pick some stuff out, you Lilly saw a girl around her age, maybe younger and an older boy with their mother.

Well, at least she wasn't alone in the suffering, right? Lilly waves shyly.

(( Okay ))

Aquamarine perked up, looking over at the Atlantiian swimming over. She smiled back. "Hi!" she replied cheerfully, waving.

((I guess I can!))

Wally bounced around the playground, feeling antsy. There was nothing to do; and he was so BOORRREEDDD! The red-head suddenly noticed a younger girl playing hop-scotch and grinned, instantly heading over there. He wasn't as scared of girls as his friends were; cooties couldn't be that bad!

"Hey, I'm Wally!" He introduced. "Can I play with you?"

Tara leaned against a shelf in irritation, watching as her mother and brother walked further down the isle to look at something. They didn't care where she went as long as she found them before they left, so she'd probably go find the toys...

Turning back she blinked when there was suddenly a girl around her age across the isle. She watched her wave, then slowly waved back, a small smile on her face.

(Alright, escaped to computer for a few minutes)

Micky continued to simply sit on the ground, the worn-down soccer ball on her lap as she cried quietly. Obviously, nobody was coming to get or to check on her for the time being. Her knees weren't bleeding badly, but enough it stung. The dirt and dust didn't help much either. She had been sitting there for a few minutes.

Kaldur smiled when the mermaid noticed him,

"I'm Kaldur'ah, but my friends call me Kaldur. What's your name?" Maybe he'd be able to make a new friend?

Aquamarine smiled widely, pushing herself up off the steps. "I'm Aquamarine!.. But most everyone calls me Mary for short. That's a human name you know," she smiled proudly.

Isabel blinked at the older boy, tipping her head to the side shyly for a moment, then smiled and nodded. "Sure!" she replied happily. "I'm Isabel." She couldn't help but think 'Wally' was a silly name; it was so strange! But she didn't say anything.

Lilly looked at the girl for a moment longer, then tugged on her mom's sleeve. "Can I go talk to her?" she whispered to her mother, who looked over at Tara. The older woman looked back at her daughter and shrugged.

"Just make sure I can find you later, okay?"

Lilly nodded and shyly walked over to the girl. "Hi, I'm Lilly.."

Braxton frowned when he noticed she was crying. Why was she crying? Was she okay? He stepped forward quietly and paused a couple feet away from her.

"Hey," He said softly to get her attention. "Why are you crying?"

Wally grinned at Isabel, happy he found something to do.

"Isabel?" He said curiously. "It sounds princessy."

Or girly, to him atleast. Well she was a girl so he guessed that worked!

Tara watched the girl come over almost nervously. Her mom had always warned her about talking to strangers, but this girl didn't seem bad. She had met bad people; like her brothers friends. Just by looking at her she seemed nicer.

"Hi," Tara smiled. "I'm Tara."

Isabel arched her eyebrows at him again, amused.

"Princessy? I guess that's a comp... compli.." she struggled with the word with a frown.

"Compliment!"she finally got it out.

Lilly smiled timidly. "Do you want to go look at the toys with me? I'm not allowed to get any, but there's some cool stuff out of their boxes." she sort of rambled. The owner of the store was an elderly man, and he had bought several toys and set them out for kids to play with while their parents shopped.

Kaldur grinned wide and laugh happily.

"Mary...I like that! Have you ever been to land?" He didn't know if mermaids could or not.

When Micky heard the sudden voice asking if she was ok, she let out a small scream and quickly stood up, ready to kick or punch if it was a grown-up. She'd learned to fight from her brothers. However, she stumbled slightly from the cuts on her knees and her feet. Wincing slightly, she quickly realised it was just another boy.

"Who are you?" She asked quietly, fearfully.

(Young Micky different from teen micky ^^)

Mary shook her head at Kaldur. "No.... But I've seen a picture of it before!" she smiled. "I could if I wanted to, but my mommy says it's too dangerous."

Wally gave a lop-sided grin and laughed good-naturedly.

"Guess it is, if you like that sort of thing." Wally said smoothly, puffing out his chest slightly to look bigger. "I like sports! And cars! And..boy stuff!"

Tara's eyes lit up at the offer and almost instantly she nodded her head.

"Sure!" She said, her smile growing wider. "I wonder if they have those new Little Ponies? I like those alot."

((Tara's so much friendlier when she was little. xD ))

Braxton jumped in slight surprise, his hands coming up half-way as a surrender gesture.. "Hey, don't be scared!" He pleaded. He didn't want her to be scared of him!

He lowered his hands and gave a small smile. "My names Braxton. Who are you?"

"Your mommy?" Kaldur asked. He himself didn't know his, but Queen Mera was like one to him. "What's she like? Why's it dangerous?" he asked curiously.

Micky sat back down on the ground, still sniffling.

"Micky. Like the mousy."

Isabel tipped her head with the side, watching him in amusement. "Boy stuff, huh?" she gave him a large, toothy grin, though both her front teeth were missing.

"Playing hopscotch isn't a boy thing, is it?" she asked.

Mary coiled her tail. "My mommy is really, really, really super nice. You'd like her, I bet! Everyone does." at her second question, Mary shrugged her shoulders. "I dunno. She doesn't really say."

Lilly giggled she motioned for the girl to follow her. "I think so! Come on!"

As they headed to the toy isle, Lilly looked over at her curiously. "You aren't from around here, are you?"

(( Our kid characters seem so different! XD ))

Braxton smiled wider. "I love Micky, he's my favorite."

He felt as if she was more relaxed now, and his eyes fell on her cuts. "What happened to you?"

Wally paused and looked down at the hopscotch thing with a blank expression. After a moment he looked over at Isabel sheepishly, but pretended he didn't know what she was talking about.

"Well, I guess I somethings aren't obviously boyish...?"

Tara happily followed after Lilly, skipping until she Lilly asked her a question. She slowed to a walk and shook her head, turning to the other brunette.

"Nope! We're on our way home after visiting Grandma. Do you live around here?"
