When her dad was in college he decided to help the government with a genetic expiriment. Unfortunately when they were finished he showed no signs of change when the gene they gave him should have given him the ability to change into any animal real and magical and the ability to speak to and understand animals. But it was entered into a recessive(hidden) gene that skips a generation. Therefore when him( his name is unknown) and his wife(Jessica Mary Jones) have their little girl. She got the gene. But it was not hidden. Other than that her father had disappeared before she was born and her mother disappeared when she was 6. Ever since then shes been on the streets, raising money for food, clothes, and nights in hotels so shes actually really clean and comfortable for a "homeless person". Her mother was a wizard sonwhen she disappeared oh so misteriously her powers were transferrerd to you permanatly.
