RpFaith2004Topic: Welcome Helloooooooooooooooooooooo fellow Cath/Sara fans!!! Welcome to the forum. I hope you all enjoy this forum. If not then I'm soooo sorry. Oh well have fun talking about our two favorite ladies. |
Jammalothi, finally , another CS fan !!! What a great idea to start a forum .Why do you like CS together ?? I like it because it's just logically for them to get together. I mean , a Sara/Grissom romance isn't working for like what, six seasons and Warrick got married. The rest of them isn't nearly as much fun as CS is. Well tell me what you think. greetsz Jammalot |
RpFaith2004Look at the chemistry between the two of them. They fight like cats and dogs yet when they work together it's a force to be reckoned with. And come on, look at the playfulness between the two of them and the slight undertone of flirtation. They so belong together. And hey, thanks for being the first person to respond on my forum. Sorry it took me so long to respond back but my computer has been kinda bleh. |
Jammaloti totaly agree with you. why can't the writers understand that c/s is the best pairing. they go so well together. i mean look at the episode 'bite me' , when sara asked cath for that thingie ( micro something, don't know what it was) they were just so sweet, you could almost feel it ! ( owkey i think i'm drooling now) (* wipes the drool of the keyboard*)but really aren't they cute? and as you said, there's always a bit of flirting, wich they don't have with any other characters! anyway, i gotta go. Jammsz oh and 'bout you responding after this time, doesn't matter, my internet was completely broken down so i couldn't check my mail anyway :P |
RpFaith2004Here are two cases of flirting between them that is s obvious. In ep Lady Heather's Box Sara calls Catherine 'Cat' and like earlier that season or the season she had practically bitten Greg's head off for calling her that. If she disliked Sara as much and she seemed to then why would she let her call her that? The in Nesting Dolls Catherine calls Sara 'sweetie' or was it 'honey', not sure which right this sec but it was one of the two. |
Jammalotyeah, i noticed the one in LHB ( lady heathers..) too, but about the nesting dolls flirting, i looked it up ( there's this amazing site, www.crimelab.nl,where they have practically everything about CSI including scripts , wich can come in very handy) and i think that you mean another eppi bacause nd was the one where they had this huge fight. ( i'm sorry if i'm annoying you with my whining about wich eppie it was )here's another bit of flirting, in the episode 'en then there were none' cath is obviously trying to make sara laugh when they are driving to their crime scene. ( in wich she succeeds ). you should take a look at crimelab.nl, it really is a great site. They have information about the characters, episodes and a lot more. it's in english but the site owner lives in holland, that's why the site adress says '.nl' | #6 Mar 25th 2006, 10:51am

RpFaith2004No. I just watched it at the begining when Sara made the mold of the face of the girl that was found in the Tar. Sara shows Cath the mold and Cath says thanks sweetie| #7 Mar 25th 2006, 11:14am

Jammalotoh yeah that part, i must have missed it in the script. ( think i scrolled a little to fast) now you say so, she did say something like that. but it was really vague ( does that word even exist ?) so i couldn't quit make something of it when i watched the episode. they have a lot of that kind of moments, like in butterflied (4.8) when cath says something about sara and that girl. they're both in the locker room and they are just so nice to each other for a change. it's good to see that the writers decided to let cath and sara get along a litle better in season 6. i'm a little tired of al the fighting in season 5. | #8 Mar 25th 2006, 12:05pm

RpFaith2004what I wanna know is what's up with the flirting going on between Sophia and Sara. it should be Cath and sara not sara and sophia| #9 Mar 25th 2006, 12:14pm
Jammalotknow what you mean. it's really annoying to see Sara and Sophia flirting, while it should be Sara and Catherine flirting, hell, they should be dating. hope they stop that s/s thing really soon....| #10 Mar 26th 2006, 3:15am

RpFaith2004I know. I hate the Sara/Sophia shippers. They have no chemistry together. Catherine and Sara on the other hand are about to explode with chemistry. Plus Cath is sooo much hotter.Offtopic: I might not be able to respond for a while. My gf might kill me. I kinda uh er well I feel asleep while I was talking to her on the phone. | #11 Mar 26th 2006, 7:03am

JammalotCath is so hotter than that thin whining sophia. And cath doesn't glue bow ties ! ( it was funny but really stupid when sophia did that : 'She glued it '.. it took me while to stop laughing, it was so extremely friggin stupid !!! i mean who the hell glues a bow tie )and the fanfictions about Sara and Sophia aren't so bad ( i like the story itself). There is just one huge mistake: Sophia should be Cath and than they would be perfect! ( i only read a few and they all were from the same author so maybe some wouldn't be perfect ) don't worry about that not writing, i've got a lot to do for school, but dude, if you fell asleep on the phone while you were talking to your gf: GO BUY A COFFIN !!! you'll be lucky to live if you don't buy her roses or chocolat or something like that!! well good luck. nice knowing you :P ( just kidding) | #12 Mar 26th 2006, 10:22am

RebelByrdieI must admit, I love CS ships...but I often find myself setting up a CS with an SS (Runs and cowers behind desk to avoid incoming flying objects)And because I'm too lazy to make multiple posts, the ultimate CS moment has to be in Crash and Burn, it's mostly a freindship thing, but it's a definite start. | #13 Mar 27th 2006, 8:11pm
Jammaloti agree with you 'bout Crash and Burn! It was such a lovely moment.I couldn't believe my eyes, how could such a depressing moment ( the WAY Sara and Hank broke up, not the FACT that they broke up ) be so goddamn cute! The way Cath tried to comfort Sara was so sweet. ( and again my entire keyboard is soaking with my drool * slaps herself ; 'STOP DROOLING* whipes drool of keyboard)S/S isn't always bad, i mean there are a few cute stories but they just don't seem right together. If i read that, i get the same feeling as with a GSR storie. Those ships aren't right, no matter how great anyone writes them. ( no offence S/S or GSR writers, just expressing my opinion) Well to say this all a little bit shorter: C/S is AMAZINGLY RIGHT!!! owkey, i'm done for now, see ya later alligator :P ( * thinking* Was that stupid or is it just me ?? Nah not stupid, i have just a perfectly fine sense of humor ) | #14 Mar 29th 2006, 9:07am

RebelByrdieGSR? UGH! No offence to all the fans, but I cringe at the very sight of GSR. Yes, C/S is so so right...but I kinda wanted to jump inside the TV and slap some sense into Cath. Like during 'Nesting Dolls', it should have been her going to check on Sara afterwards instead of cozzying up to Ecklie! Just like Greg said, Sara's always there when everyone else needs her, but when Sara is in major need all she gets is a weak 'hold my hand' moment from Grissom. I'm still waiting for some kind of continuation of what I call teh 'Off the deep end' conversation. I have a feeling that when Sara does spill the beans to Cath there's going to be a whole lot of groveling on Cath's part...not to mention comforting ;)Aaaand I'm done. | #15 Mar 29th 2006, 11:21am
JammalotTrue, Cath is the people person, but definetly not the Sara person. Sometimes Sara just has to be understanded ( weird sentence but whatever) and it should be Cath who does that, with the whole mother-instinct thingie she seems to have. But somehow it is either Grissom or Greg who tries to comfort her, and Cath always starts the moments wich makes Sara angry ( i mean by that, that Cath always has so say someting about 'it' with Sara, and never with the rest). And then the fact that it is Catherine who makes Sara feel not welcome when she comes to join the team.If Cath didn't obviously respect Sara i would think that she hated her ! But everyone can tell that, deep done, they like and respect each other. If the writers just let them be nice a little more often!!! ( why do they have to make Sara chase Griss , and let Warrick and Cath have cute moments, it should be Cath and Sara!!)( thank God that seas.6 is a little less GSR, that's the only supid thing 'bout it, GSR has gone on for like 5 seasons and there still is a crappy relationship b'tween Griss and Sara ) okwey just a little question and i'm gonna call it: What is that 'Of the deep end' conversation you were talking about ?? I didn't get that. ( i think i should say that in my country we're only by ep 5 of season 6, so if it's about an upcoming eppi (for us), please don't tell to much. Just the most fun things 'bout it. well that was it, ciao!! | #16 Apr 01st 2006, 3:44am

RebelByrdieAh, forgive me, when I get on a rant I tend to type without thinking too much about what I'm saying. What I call the 'Off the Deep End' Conversation was the ahem, hallway discussion between Cath and Sara in the hallway durning 'Nesting Dolls' (5th Season). You know where Ecklie catches Sara being 'insubordinate' to Catherine...Anyway, as I said, I don't think that little conversation is over... And yes. Cath was quite 'grr' towards Sara when she arrived. I could quote the exact conversation, but I don't think I will. Its true, Catherine puts on her 'Mother face' with everybody but Sara. I think the problem is that with the boys...they're boys and Catherine's position as "Queen of Graveyard" isn't threatened. Because does anybody find Greg Sanders threatening? No. Throw Sara Sidle, super CSI in the mix though...Sara is younger then Cath, has a better background: Harvard versus Stripping and she's got some kind of relationship with Grissom...plus she was there to investigate Warrick, Cath's best friend. So Cath does everything to make everyone see that *she* is better then Sara. Case in point, Cath has the same kind of combative relationship with Sofia...but it's without the underlying respect that she has for Sara. My personal opinion, it's the same thing Sara has with Griss. If she doesn't figure it out soon, it will be too late. Aaaaaannd now I'm done babaling | #17 Apr 01st 2006, 11:46am

JammalotI too think that Cath feels like defending her position. Before Sara she was the beauty of the nightshift, Greg had a crush on her, al men looked at her when she walked by. Now she's not the only pretty girl anymore..Sara's been through a lot and has those sad looks every now and then, so everybody wants to make her smile. Wich means she gets a lot attention. Wich means Cath gets less attention, en then - JEALOUSY KICKS IN !! And that ain't pretty ! ( just quoting some b-movie so don't sue my for bad lines or however you name them ) But, to my pleasure i must add, in season 6 they get along very well so far! And of course in every season there is a moment/case/episode were they get along well or share a moment. That's always nice to see.I liked the fact that, since they've been put together again, sort of realised that they could like each other after all. well not much to tell anymore so i'm gonna go. P.S you are forgiven :P P.P.S ( to entire forum) Does anybody know an author form the age of 14/18 who wants to e-mail with an other autor?( Me , duh ) I can't seem to find anyone. | #18 Apr 02nd 2006, 9:13am
RebelByrdieYes! Cath's jelousy and Sara's insecure issues are the main things keeping these women apart...if they could just stop competing for five minuites...Actually, they will indeed continue to get along good this season...mostly becasue Jorja and Marg went to the writers and said that the 'girl grrness' (My words, not theirs) had to end. Plus, if you add in the fact that William Peterson will be leaving the show, though I can't remember when the date on that is, there will definitly be a Graveyard shakeup...and with Grissom out of the way, Cath has plenty of room to make a move... ;) Just please, oh please TV Gods, do not let Griss pull some kind of messed up kiss and run thing with Sara... Though now that I'm forgiven, I'll jump right back into the fire and say that , aaand we're going waaaay into my own speculation here, that when Griss leaves (be it by choice or death...whatever the writers want to do...) Cath better make a move real quick like otherwise Detective Curtis is going to make hers first and with Sara all sorts of shaky without Griss, she might just fall for HER instead of Cath... Aaand once again, I blab for far too long...sorry, I'm obsessed with...eer dedicated to CSI and CS :) | #19 Apr 02nd 2006, 8:18pm

JammalotI really hope that Cath's gonna do something about all the things she said to Sara in Nesting Dolls. That is, if the writers have listened to the girls about them not liking the 'grrness'. ( i really like that one) But to be honest, i don't think the show's gonna last very long after William will be gone. I mean, like it or not , but he's the main character and if he's gone.... I doubt the show will make it past season 8, if there'll be a season 8 ! ( it would be fun if they would select and shoot 8 stories of FanFiction, to celebrate season 8 and to end the entire show) I hope that Grissom will tell Sara that he has loved her ( it would be very stupid if they'd let him deny 5 seasons of ( really annoying) flirting with Sara) but that he wants to be her friend, and that she agrees with him. That way it would be an decent moment to end them, without an drama that's gonna last 2 more episodes!! Well not much left to say ( i could beg for a penpal again but i'm not gonna do that) (* crying: 'NOBODY LIKES ME !!! I'M GONNA TELL MY MOMMY'*) TTYL people !! Love ya ( i'm high :P) | #20 Apr 05th 2006, 11:03am

RebelByrdieCan it last without Grissom? He said it himself, he's a ghost, so I'm inclined to think that yes, we can go on without him. They're slowly fazing him (and that really bad hat of his...) out of the show. Will they need a replacment? Probably, because there will be a gap, one that Grego just can't fill. Sooo it leaves open a new CSI position. Last time there was an open position on graveyard, Holly Gribbs was the 5th person hired and well...sadly enough, she didn't last long and after that Sara came in. That made Sara the 6th person hired for that slot. So, my question is...how are they going to fill that gap...that is of course, if CSI doesn't flop without Griss... Sweet Bouncing Buddah, could you imagine CBS contacting a fanfic writer about their work. I know the first thing I would do... "I DISCLAIMERED! I swear I did! Please don't sue me!" After I recovered from the initial heart attack, I think I would stroke out with the idea that something I wrote would be used in an episode...wow that idea sounds really bad for my health... I am so very vehmently GSR...so so much with the anti GSR feelings...but, even in my perfect CSI universe, he confesses his love...and she tells him it's too late... :) Cruel, but hey 4-5 years of being played with like a yo-yo would probably make you cranky too... Hey, hey. No crying aloud! Because if you cry, the tears hit your keyboard...and theres a short circuit...and I really don't have time to write up a fanfic about the investigation into your death...I have finals coming up and all. LOL, I'm insane...but that's oookay. | #21 Apr 05th 2006, 11:32am

JammalotI honestly think that there are to much people that do like the GSR thing in the show, so i'm not really sure if it's gonna last without Grissom. But time will tell....Ya know, if they would call me tomorrow and ask me to write and episode i'd probably die from happiness! I'd immediatly write an amazing femmeslash and force them to say : 'yes dear jammlot we're gonna shoot this fic. we wont give you an hard time about you making Cath and Sara gay!'' Although i don't think that they'll let the girls actually do something sexual. Don't get mad at me for saying this , but you americans are all so prudish. You'll let people have sex and do lapdances ( topless)ont t.v. but if a guy/girl's on the autopsy table, there's always something in front of their privates. In Waking the dead ( english serie) everybody is very .. how do i say this.. is the right word 'stiff' ? Anyway, they let a dead person at least be dead and they show everything. Who's gonna complain, the guy's dead! But to get back to the topic, I'd ( almost then) kill to write an episode for CSI!! The girls would have so much fun !! ( and ecklie would get fired) Well, not really much left to tell right now..( besides that i do not kick on watching dead people be naked ! let that be clear .) see y'all next time ciao Jammalot | #22 Apr 06th 2006, 7:44am

JammalotOMG i just read the latest news about CSI on the internet and they gonna let Grissom and Sara realize their feelings for each other !!!! If you wanna read it, it's on the site www.csifiles.com and then news ! if you can't find it , got to www.crimelab.nl and scroll down to news, then cilck on 'TV Guide Reveals 'CSI' & 'Miami' Sweeps Twists'. RebelByrdieNO! No...no no no no no Noooo. Okay, now that I've gotten that out of my system... I am so against Sara/Griss it's not even funny...I have an extremly bad feeling about this... with Griss leaving, it only spells more heart-ache for Sara...:( And oh thanks, I'm prudish, great. I feel loved. Lol, and to complicate matters further I'm from the South, which means I live in the most prudish part of the country... :) (Just kidding, no offence, well my roomate took offence, but she's an **) | #24 Apr 06th 2006, 1:39pm

Jammalot(* to RebelByrdie's offended roommate: 'I'm sorry that i called the Americans prudish and that you weren't pleased with that. Please exept my apology and have a nice weekend'*)Owkey, that's done.... to ( again ) explain why i think ( the most) Americans are prudish, here's the reason and then i never say anything again about it: You have the most adult movies/ clubs/ stores of all countries i can think of, but you don't show a man/women's naked **! But come to think of... maybe prudish wasn't the right word... i mean that showing stripping girls, but no naked dead people is just very opposit. (* searching for cover behind something bulletproof.. runs and screams :' I NEED COVER!!! SOMEBODY HELP ME SURVIVE THIS !!! '*) This definitly proves that i need to check my dictionary before i start typing. ( very dissapointed in herself) I mostly get an A for my English exams, but this is again a good example that i DO NOT KNOW what i write. To everybody who read that i called the Americans prudish : I here by apologize for that i said that. I didn't know that it wasn't the right word. ( this is very serious) Anyway, to get back to Grissom and Sara, i really hope that it won't happen. They just aren't right together. Why don't we just write a protest letter to Jerry Bruckheimer( or whoever's i chrage) and say that they can't let GRissom and Sara get together! ( won't work but i can dream. about to be killed people have rights to !) well, i stop before i do some more damage :( ( never been more sad) bye, a very sad Jammalot P.S Did i mention that i was sorry P.P.S sorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry sorrysorry | #25 Apr 07th 2006, 7:43am

RebelByrdieAH! No! Stop apologizing. I swear, leave it to me to start an international incident! You're right, Americans are quirky about nakedness and death. I can't explain it, but my roomate is an ** so her feelings don't come in to the equation at all. Nyah...this string of posts went horribly and terribly wrong. | #26 Apr 07th 2006, 9:27am

Jammalot(* yawning*) I have nothing really to say at the moment, just thought i would step by and leave a message. I've just watched CSI's Gum drops and CSI Miami's Under suspicion. I honestly think Horatio should stop making so much enemies. He runs in to one almost every episode. (* yawns again*) I was glad little Cassie was stil alive in GD. Nick was very affected by the case. It was nice to watch an junior episode as i call it, but no scenesat all with Grissom and two with Cath..... it was kinda boring! ( for the third time...yawning. * thinking: 'I should get some sleep'.*) Well i'm gonna get some sleep, i'm done talking anyway. Goodnight people!! P.S i think we should forget that serie of confusing post about being prudish ( or not). it makes no sense at all to me anymore... i can be so weird sometimes... Missy HollandI think I need to explain some things about jammalot. She doesn't have a pink bear, she has one very old one, but the other 163 bears in our house are mine. But she is weird sometimes! Anyway, I might as well but in with the conversation about Catherine/Sara. I think that they are wonderful together, but that won't make in into the show. Hell, it would be a miracle if they showed some attraction towards each other. And there are 2 good reasons for it.1 Count the number of gay people on CSI, including the victims and suspects, can you imagine that their Leading Ladies are gay? 2 The writers aren't smart, look at the Grissom/Sara yo-you effect, that's what the show is build on. Do you guys really think that the long expected thing will happen? Sorry to break you dreams, and mine as well, I'd love to see those things with Cath and Sara.... BTW, Jammalot is my little sister, the age difference is 20 minutes.... loves, Missy | #28 May 13th 2006, 1:30pm

FishlillyHey guys...I love the idea of Cath and Sara together...what can I say, I'm a hopeless romantic :D Ahhh, but we can always hope that the writers will open their eyes and put Sara and Catherine together, cant we?Uh, I know this is kinda off topic....but I was hoping you could help me find this story, or try and point me in the right direction ...I'm looking for a story where either Cath or Sara (sorry cant remember which) wakes up in a bed and cant quite remember how they got there. As the story goes on she recalls what happens the night before...from memory it was longish...I think they were hung over and the "flashbacks" involved being at a club. Wish I could remember more...please help... Thanx :D | #29 Jul 05th 2007, 11:05pm

Missy HollandHey, I think I can help you, but I don't know if the story is on fanfiction. If you go to ralst.com you hit the CSI button, than the A-D part, than scroll down to the writer Ann, and then the story is called One Night Stand, followed by The Morning After. I think at least that's what you meant, and if not, it's still a good story =D| #30 Jul 22nd 2007, 4:44am

Missy HollandMessage board? I don't know about that, but I think you mean a community, I am on the staff of a sara/catherine community, so you'll maybe find a link om my profile, and if that's not the wrong one, if you select them as character 1 & 2 when looking for a story, above and on the right there's a link showing how many communities that pairing has, so you can try that if it's any help. ;) I hope I'm a bit useful to yoi =D Good luck with it!| #36 Jul 25th 2007, 11:21am

Missy HollandHehehe lol back ;) any good Cath/Sara stories? Eeeh, well there are many good ones, I think I've listed them as favorites, but I know one that I really love: It's on ralst.com, you go to the CSI corner, than A-D authors and then you scroll down to 'The Assignment' that's a really good one =D on this site there are many great humor fics, so those are defenitely worth checking them ;) Don't worry, I bet you can find them ;) Lol =D | #38 Jul 26th 2007, 4:41am

Chelsee6One of my favourite stories---actually its two companion pieces that really should be read in tandem---can be found on ralst.com as well. They're called "Stray Conversations" and "Stray Friends" by The Last Good Name Left and they're basically conversations between Catherine and Grissom, and Sara and Greg that span a little over a year. They are really well written and I reckon a must read for Sara/Cath fans. | #39 May 17th, 12:00am . Edited May 17th, 12:02am
