I dislike people who think they are above the rules.

I mean, at this time of year when it's highs of 4 degrees and lows of -2, one would expect it to be cold (It snowed all day yesterday, but none settled)... And if he's used to Saudi Arabia, well...

That's because England has the Gulf Stream, which brings warm water from the Gulf of Mexico over to warm us up. We're on the same latitude as Moscow. That's how cold England SHOULD be.
