I love the idea of Neil and Margaret having children and I have been thinking of a story along those lines for 13 or 14 years so please read and tell me what you think.

TV series resolution....not very good at summaries

In the wake of the typhoid epidemic that ravaged Cutter Gap, Christy struggles to recover her health, resolve her problems with David, and puzzle out her feelings toward a certain enigmatic doctor.

Neil/Christy Pairing. It follows the movies, but things are tweaked just a tiny bit.

Picking up after "Flooded Memories". Christy and Neil begin a new family... and a life together. But life has a knack for bringing with it storms, and there's a storm coming that is so strong, it will soon test everything the couple believes in.

RECENTLY UPDATED! This story picks up right from the ending of the original TV series with Christy poised in the schoolyard between David and Neil. Which path will she choose?

Picks up where the TV series left off.

How would Christy's story have changed if she hadn't accepted Dr. Ferrand's initial offer and instead waited a year and a half to go to Cutter Gap. Would she still end up caught between the Preacher and the Doctor or would she have lost out on to much?

This picks up where the TV series left off. Margret's character has been totally erased from the storyline like she was in the PAX movies. I found it easier to leave her out.

Christy goes through a horrifying experience and must find the strength to go on. Rated T

This is another attempt to resolve the cliff-hanger of the TV series' finale. It's an angsty Neil/Christy fic.

What would happen if Christy realizes her feelings after Neil leaves for Baltimore? Will she be able to salvage their relationship or is it too late?

In both the movie and the tv series, we are never told what Christy tells Neil, this is how I envision it to be.
