A life threatening situation makes Harm re-evaluate some choices and reveals a surprising side to one of his colleagues.

Harm has been a POW for about a week and a half now. From being tortured for America's secrets and lack of food, Harm believes he's seeing hallucinations of Mac talking to him. Mac2, promises that he'll soon be home. After being rescued, he's diagnosed with PTSD causing him to fear Mac will leave him, but what happened when Mac reveals that she WAS there with him when he was a POW?

This takes place after Mac and Mic leave their engagement party, Mac thinks about everything and makes a decision.

This story attempts to fill a gap in the JAG universe. May be slightly AU with a change of character especially with Tom Boone. Note: No Harm, No Mac, No Meg, No Sturgis, No Bud and Harriet (yucks!) none of the main characters. So no lawyer stuff here.

Harm and Mac travel to Iraq to get to the bottom of the accidental bombing of an Army unit by Marine F-18s. They soon find themselves in the middle of a war zone, facing fire from all sides. The best lead to breaking this case may just be a young Army Lieutenant struggling against the horrors of war.
