With the christening over, the Everetts prepare for another family Christmas. As they look forward to being reunited as a family again, they enjoy participating in a perform of the Nutcracker, a Christmas concert, and the annual Christmas Nativity Pageant. This will be the last of the series of post-series stories about the extended Figalilly and Everett families.

The christening of Hal and Phoebe's first child brings in family from near and far, all of whom are there to celebrate, in their various ways, the birth and baptism of Maisie. Subplots include the "bonding time" of Phoebe's cousins with Hal's brothers and worries with Trelawney. But the balloon ladies drop in along with Uncle Alfred so the revelry is not limited to one generation.

The new school year brings love into the lives of the older children, as Phoebe and the Professor settle in as an "old married couple." Of course the time is full of happiness and heartache. All of this backdrop to the soon to be happening Christening when the family from England, California, and all over will be coming in to celebrate the big day.

A new baby and a couple of new schools make for a new beginning for the family as the school year starts up and everyone grows up a little more. Changing relationships present a challenge, but the love present at the center of family life keeps everyone happy.

Now that the new baby is here, it is time for the Everetts to begin their new life with their newest member. A series of anecdotes from the perspective of the different family members gives us a glimpse into their lives.

As summer slowly draws to a close, Hal Everett returns from his summer program and the Everett children return home. The various Figalilly familiy members go on their way. Before they leave, Aunt Henrietta gets her Come Uppence. Things are about to change for everyone!

The storm is over and all is peaceful for the Everetts. Now the rest of the family has the opportunity to meet the new baby and everyone will find out what happened outside the house during the storm.

The confrontation with the unicorn finally takes place. Cholmondeley finally gets his due, but how it happens and the resulting changes in others are unexpected.

The day has arrived for Maisie to finally make her entrance into the world. Complications are arising outside the house, but for the moment everything is quiet within. Summer arrives and Hal is off to Cal Tech, Butch is playing Little League, and Prudence is going to Brownie Camp. But things are still happening as the family waits for the birth of the baby. An out of town baseball game, a fierce storm and a wild rescue cause a few of Aunt Henrietta's premonitions to pan out, but not necessarily as she had predicted

The Italian director Fabrizio Schiavoni returns with a controversial masterpiece.

Exciting things are happening for the Everetts, but Aunt Henrietta continues to have ominous premonitions. Fortunately, one of Phoebe's cousins comes to visit at the same time. As more family visitors arrive, she becomes very helpful. Story is a continuation of "The Science Fair."

Just suppose that there were a couple of more scenes had been added to the first season episode "An Element of Risk," which guest starred Lee Meriweather as Prof. Everett's old college girlfriend. What might they have been?

Where did Nanny learn to be so wise and wonderful? Why does she so highly prize love and family? Where does such a person come from? This story tries to explain her background and includes an introduction to her parents as well as many of the other Figalillys, including her little sister. A prequel to the TV show. Hal's big Science fair is coming up but things get crazy when Phoebe's cousin shows up. A prediction by Aunt Henrietta adds to the tension, while the Professor has trouble juggling his family life with his new research project for NASA.

The Angel returns to help the Everetts understand the present situation with Phoebe and Trelawney following Uncle David's. Reading the "Promises" stories will help in understanding the context.

Prudence writes a very special letter to both of her Mommies for Mother's Day.

Uncle David departs and leaves behind a plethora of unanswered questions. He visits Aunt Henrietta, who delivers more prophecies of doom and confronts Hal about his true feelings towards Trelawney.

Following Aunt Henrietta's disastrous vist, the promises made by the Figalillys to one another are reviewed and reassessed. Prudence begins to realize that she must share her mother. Young Hal begins to show promise as a future family head.

Aunt Henrietta comes to dinner determined to start up all kinds of trouble. She raises more issues, but in the end leaves dissatisfied.

Uncle David Figalilly comes for a visit to meet the Everetts and learn more about the situation with Phoebe and her sister within the family. During his visit the Everetts learn more about the Figalillys and their world. First of a series of four stories.
