Author has written 13 stories for Harry Potter, Doctor Who, and Ocean's 11. Note: Just so you know, this following profile is probably kinda out of date, but I just really can't be bothered to rewrite it. So I shall let it stand, but if you're a strange person who's actually bothering to read this, bear in mind that this was written like...totally freakin' yonks ago. You'll notice from my Favourites and possible future stories that I've branched out (finally) from HP. So yeah. Remove everything HP-related from this profile and I guess it still works. Hmm...what's even in it...Oh yeah the emotional fics are still good. Angst...yeah, kinda. Drama is better, though. Emotion rules. You know, the absolute step-by-step gutwrench, every detail of how they're feeling...yeah, juicy. :) Oh yeah and school is still a bitch. Updates from me will be a miracle, so no holding your breath. Be seeyin' ya! (16 Feb 09/slightly updated 17 Jan 11) A little about me. I enjoy H/G ships, and also R/Hr. I will read pretty much anything if it has a good plot and storyline and is well-written, really. I enjoy emotional fics, preferably exploring relationships between people. Examples are Marauder fics, Trio fics, James/Lily/Harry fics, etc. Fics that make me cry are good, and fics that make me laugh are good as well. Fics that do both are great. That basically means that I like to read long stories, saga-like. :-) Anyway, I am a teenager from Britain who is tied up with schoolwork and is generally happy and loud most of the time that I'm not either in front of the computer reading or curled up around a book reading. (Anyone see a link between my two favourite hobbies?) Although I am mostly quite bright and happy, I prefer angst or action/adventure stories best. Which is strange, but it's me. And finally, as I have stated, I am mostly thoroughly tied up with school work. Update times will be uncertain, unless I have previously written most of the story before I post. Oh, and before I forget, I'm Amphitrite from the D.A., otherwise known as the Dangerverse Addicts. Dangerverse Asylum works as well, I suppose... In case you're wondering what on earth I'm going on about... My favourite author is whydoyouneedtoknow, or Anne Walsh, who has written a fantastic AU universe, called the Dangerverse. All of her stories are based around it, including several AUs of an AU. Her writing style is fantastic, capturing life and emotions fantastically and adding the humour when needed. All her stories go highly recommended to the nth degree. My own story, 'Caged Wolf', is a spinoff of Dangerverse. More specifically, an AU of one of her own AUs of her original AU. (You gotta love those two letters...) Along with all of her stories, there are more than a dozen Dangerverse spinoffs, like my own, written by various fans. All of these are also highly recommended, although to understand them you'll need to read the Dangerverse.
