You know those profiles where the person concerned sounds so fascinating, witty and intelligent that you simply long to be their new best friend? That's right, this isn't one of those. I'm British, female, married, and I do far too much of the following - writing, reading, watching TV, films, and procrastinating - as well as getting obsessed with things I probably shouldn't, which is how I've ended up here.

The Harry Potter fan fic I've been tempted into writing features the fascinating Remus Lupin and Nymphadora Tonks because I have one of those obsessions with him, and I like her as well, though I've been known to drag in other characters along the way. I've also started writing some Marauder-era stories because young Remus is every bit as interesting as the older one and so, apparently, are his friends.

If you're an R/T fan as well, I recommend Metamorfic_Moon, a friendly LJ community for all things to do with them, especially fic, art and discussions. I say that as an unbiased mod there. ;) For Marauder-era Remus, then Redandthewolf is well worth a visit.
