Author has written 13 stories for Ninja Turtles.

December 1, 2011--I have completed my first ever Nanowrimo! I finished with over 50,000 words, so I feel very accomplished. It's also caused me to think that if I could do all of that in a month, then there is no reason why I can't do the same--or something similar--with my fanfiction. As I also want to stay in the habit of writing I figure that I might as well keep it up with fanfiction. So expect to see more stories from me soon, be they one shots, short stories, or multichaptered fics.

About me

I'm RealityBreakGirl, or Ally Break here! And pretty well anywhere else online. I'm twenty-five and have my degree as an Elementary School Teacher, although no job yet. I live in a small town in Alabama with my parents and sister and fairly well enjoy life. I'm a bit (a lot) book obsessed and I'm constantly looking for a good read. I also like to draw and have millions upon millions of ideas. That's probably why nothing gets done. I have too many ideas! I'm also a Christian, so if you ever want to talk, I'm happy to! :D I've also got, like, a bazillion original ideas that I'm working on, so those tend to take up a lot of time. If you don't see much from me, that's why!

Fandoms

I have a million of them and dabble in new ones frequently, but the fandoms dearest and closest to my heart are Star Trek, TMNT and Detective Conan/Case Closed.

Trek--all of Trek--will always be my first, greatest and number one fandom, even if I don't write for it. I've been obsessed with it since I was ten. I will always and forever love Star Trek. TMNT is also a great fandom and my most active one. I write for it, I draw for it and interact with fans of it the most. It's a fandom firmly in place as one that will last, much like Trek has. Detective Conan/Case Closed is a newer fandom that I have discovered, but I have quickly become enamored of it. I have a lot to learn about it, but I'm enjoying learning and feel it's really going to be a fandom that sticks with me and lasts.

Stories

I feel like an explanation is due here. I started reading fanfiction only a few months before I started writing it. As such, I did not have a sense of goodfic and badfic clearly developed. Sure, I knew what really badfic was, but as far as goodfic went I couldn't distinguish decentfic from outstandingfic. I attempted to write anyway. My first story went well--it even won an award in the Fan Fic Awards! but the following stories...not so much. From March 2006 to February 2007 I spottily attempted to write. You can see the unfortunate results below. They were terrible. Do yourself a favor and if in the descriptions contained in this bio I have written 'AVOID', avoid it! (basically, of the old stuff, only read "I Hate Fitted Sheets")

Because of the pressures of school--getting an education degree--and work--as a librarian--as well as family responsibilities as my own growing sense of the quality of my writing, I stopped writing fanfic with the exception of a few very specific peices on Stealthy Stories and a few, still pretty bad, things that shall never leave my harddrive/jumpdrive. Still, those few posted were done during 2008 and one early in 2009. I did not post anything written after that. However, I did a great deal of reading and learned from that. I began applying it to my own writing with what I hoped was success. Only recently, with the posting of my story "School" at the end of 2010, do I have both the time and the sense of my writing that I feel I can post decent fanfiction. I hope to get back into writing and posting it even better then I did before.

As for the old stuff that's crap, there is are reasons that I leave it up. One is that it's an example for me of what not to do. But bigger then that is the fact that there are people who like it and I absolutely hate it when stuff I like is taken down. For that reason, unless there is a severe and serious reason, I'll never take down anything I post--and if I do, the reason will be stated here.

And in the meantime, enjoy what little I've written that's worth enjoying! XD

The Ally Break Series: Laaaaame stories from my beginning days as a fanfic writer. I don't write them anymore. Feel free to ignore them (please).
1. Who's Ally Break and Is She Gonna Stick Around? (AVOID)
2. Watcha' Doin'? (AVOID)
3. Crying is NOT an Option (AVOID)

5. The Trials of Getting Internet (AVOID)
6. The Party (AVOID)
7. Happy Birthday (AVOID)
8. Ally's Awakening--multichapter, complete. (AVOID)

Unconnected Stories: Stand alone stories. They aren't part of a series, they don't tie into any other stories and they aren't part of a challenge or something.
--I Hate Fitted Sheets--Tied Third for Best Michelangelo Scene in the 2006 Fan Fic Awards! Mikey and fitted sheets don't get along
--Beauty From Pain-- http://www.5wwwww5.com/stealthystories/viewtopic.php?t=7987&mforum=stealthystories Songfic. On Stealthy Stories only. Donatello's perspective during the 100th episode and following episodes.
--Not That Different--Also a lame story rife with a Mary Sue. Unsalvagable. Discontinued. Do yourself a favor and avoid it. (AVOID)
--School--Fast Forward setting. Don ponders school. Part of the 100 challenge
--Sixth Sense--Fast Forward setting. How do the guys cope with their sixth sense in the future. Part of the 100 series.
