Ah, hello and welcome to my world! My name's Holly, and I love writing of every kind - fanfiction, original fiction, science fiction... in fact, I'll write anything that isn't particularly factual. :) I'm nineteen, which makes me feel shockingly old, and in a year or so I'm going to go and study a combined degree in Creative Writing and Acting, which are my two passions in life and, coincidentally, the only things I'm any good at. xD Sadly, I'm English - based in Peterborough, the most dull city on the face of the earth. The Greeks get Mount Olympus, the French get the Eiffel Tower, the Americans get the Statue of Liberty - and I get a reasonably nice view from the top of a hill overlooking a field. xD I'm an entertainer, and I love to take a different spin on things and just do things that they'd never dare to on the TV, but that a lot of people would like to see. For that reason, look to me to give you fics that aren't bog-standard post-episode 'vignette city' crap. I love to develop a character in the way that they would develop on the screen or in a book, but I also love to take them off on a rarely explored tangent and just... go mental whilst trying to keep as close to their assigned selves as possible. This is why a fair few of my fics have an OOC warning, just as a precaution - though no one's moaned yet. :D My favourite things to write about are Ashes to Ashes, CSI, Torchwood, Doctor Who and Red Dwarf - though I keep meaning to write some substantial anime stuff, and maybe even a bit of Shakespeare. I've got a damn good A Level in Lit, might as well use it somewhere. xD I dabble in various areas, and a lot of my stuff is being refined for posting because I'm a hilariously bad Grammar Nazi. I'm frankly in love with Rimmer/Lister and Gene/Alex from Red Dwarf and A2A respectively, because the first one's so unlikely it's plausible and the other one's so likely it'll probably never happen. I'm also a fan of GSR from CSI, but I can't write Grissom without him being a cute bundle of huggable grey matter. XD Anyway, onto the fics, so have a spin on them if you see anything you like.
