The kids at school think I'm emo, but I'm just me- I don't like people labeling me. I'm Mexican and part Japanese, and I live in Texas. I will not give my real name for internet safety reasons, for I go by Hikari because I adore her character in Digimon. I tend to revise my profile alot so it's easier to understand me.

I love anime and hate homework. I can be an extremely rude person if you asked me stupid questions with obvious answers. Oh, and I play DDR, which by the way I am a heavy/challenge level player. I love to read manga, play video games, watch anime, eat, sleep, read fanfics, make amvs,and be totally lazy. I love music and some of my favorite bands include Flyleaf, AFI, Billy Talent, From First to Last, Underoath, The Used, The Red Jumpsuit Apperatus, Fall Out Boy, TATU, Panic! At the Disco, X-Japan, Plus44, Saosin, My Chemical Romance, Senses Fail, Taking Back Sunday, Paramore, Jimmy Eat World, Nirvana, Three Days Grace, Good Charlotte, Cute Is What We Aim For, The Almost, Finch, HIM, Dir en Grey, Orange Range, X-Japan, Dead Kennedys, and many others. I love music so much, I tend to use music as insperation for almost all of my fanfics. When it comes to anime, I tend to watch the original japanese versions over the dubbed American versions, for the dubs can be overly dubbed making it an irony to the original anime. I know I sound crude, but I'm serious about that.
Some of my favorite anime and manga series of all time is Digimon, Revolutionary Girl Utena, Gundam SEED, Cardcaptor Sakura, Sailor Moon, Fushigi Yugi, Galaxy Angel, X/1999, Chobits, Tenchi Muyo!, Negima!, Tsubasa Reservior Chronicle, xxxHolic, Steel Angel Kurumi, DearS, Pretear, Saiyuki, Only the Ring Finger Knows, Desire, Elemental Gelade, Ranma 1/2, Angelic Layer, Slayers, and many other animes that follow. I'm a devoted yaoi fangirl.
Some of my favorite video games include Star Ocean: The Second Story, The Legend of Zelda, Zelda: The Ocarina of Time, Zelda: Four Swords Adventures, Zelda: The Windwaker, Zelda: A Link to the Past, Zelda: Twilight Princess, Super Smash Bros., Super Smash Bros. Melee, Super Smash Bros. Brawl, Mario 64, Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance, Megaman, Killer Instinct, Street Fighter, Galaga, and many others.
When it comes to anime couples, I like shounen-ai couples and a few straight couples. My favorite straight couple is TakeruXHikari...which pisses me off that they didn't end up together at the end of the Digimon series. I'm a fan of DaisukiXKen, TakuyaXKouji, and YamatoXTaichi. I do not approve of the SoraXYamato couple, for if anything Sora should have ended up with Taichi, although I am aware of how in a certain Digimon CD drama, Yamato had confessed his love for Sora. Just saying, so don't flame me for it. Oh, and for the Yakari coupling... if the fanfic is good, I'm sorta okay with it. I actually find Yamato and Hikari a couple sorta cute...not alot, but sorta.
Gundam SEED...well, I like KiraxCagalli. I know it may seem sick to you all, but I think that even though they are twins, they belong together. I was upset when they ended up with Lacus and Athrun. I sorta support AthrunxCagalli a little, but my love for KiraxCagalli goes way beyond that.
As far as my fanfiction for Cardcaptor Sakura, I do not like the SakuraXSyaoran coupling. I only put them together in my fanfiction for the sake of their popularity, and according to the manga, they end up together in the end. Also, I put them together just to make the fictions I write go along accordingly. If anything, I'm a YukitoXTouya and an EriolXSyoaran fangirl. SakuraXTomoyo are somewhat cute together too.
As for video games, my favorite couples include LinkxZelda, MarthxRoy, and even mixed such as MarthxLink. I'm just strange that way. Speaking of which, as you already know... I'm ADDICTED to The Legend of Zelda. I own lots of the merchandise and some of the games.
When it comes to my fanfiction, reviews are greatly appreciated. I sincerely love the fact that people actually take the time to read my fanfics, and I love even more how people enjoy reading my stories. If you're happy, I'm happy.
One thing about my interest in fanfiction...I absolutely do not like extremely cliche fanfics. I also do not like Songfics. I like it when fanfiction has songs in it, but when there is a scene playing to a song like a chick flick, I don't like it. True, I put music in my fiction, but I don't play it as a scene, I use it as a parody for fun. Now you know. Out of the fanfics I've written, the best story I think I've ever written is "Hidden Temptation". I know it's strange that I find my own stories to be so lame, but my stories were all written out of boredom or when I get a lame idea. I'm a horrible fanfiction author. I'm so bad I wonder why is it that I even publish my fiction over the internet.
