I need ideas! I'm completely stuck on my stories, and I need something to get my creative juices flowing again. Give me a challenge for a one or two shot, and I'll write it if I like it. No romance though, 'cause I can't write it. I usually hang around the Danny Phantom and Ranma archives, but I'm getting into Legend of Zelda and occasionally drop by the kingdom Hearts area. So don't give me something like Haruhi, Gundum, Ben 10, CSI, Transformers, etc. 'cause I don't know them well. However, I will love crossovers and AU if people are believably in character and it doesn't depart TOO much from important parts of the series like Danny Fenton not dealing with ghosts, Ranma accepting the curse, Gannondorf suddenly planting flowers, etc.

Danny Phantom Rants/Ideas:
Ok, here we go. It's time to get this through your heads, people: DANNY FENTON AND DANNY PHANTOM ARE ONE AND THE SAME!! They are not two different beings. They weren't fuzed together by the portal. All the evidence points to the fact that if Danny died, that would have been what he would have looked like as a ghost. Now, constantly switching between the two might have given high Multiple Personality Disorder, or a mild case of schizophrenia, but he is not two! Another thing is that Danny is human when he's human, and a ghost when he's a ghost. The same goes for Vlad. Ghost shield don't work on Danny when he's human, the thermos doesn't do anything, and ectoguns don't do anything other than what they would do to Jazz, Sam, or Tucker. Yes, some devices pick up the ecto signature... AFTER they've been calibrated to his personal signature when he was a ghost.
Ranma Rants:
Now it's time for Ranma! Ready? Good!
1. Ranma does not like his curse, nor is he anywhere near the point of staying female for the rest of his life.
2. Ranma's not gay. End of story.
3. Ryoga is a nasty pig, who has a shifty moral code, but he is NOT a demon from hell. And he's not going to beat Ranma anytime soon because of #4
4. Ranma is frickin' smart. Just really, really ignorant and unused to soul searching and thinking before acting. Come on people, he invented more techniques in the final battle with Saffron than Ryoga had over the course of the whole series.
5. Ranma is honorable. By extension, he's not going to say "Screw you" and walk away from Nerima while whistling. Also, he's not going to unseal the Umisenken or the Yamasenken just to sneak in somewhere. He spent most of his life sneaking around and stealing for his father, and he can get around well enough without it.
6. Ranma's not going to loose his fear of cats without INTENSE therapy that lasts YEARS! He's not going to master the neko ken either.
7. Ranma has trained since he could walk in multiple schools of martial arts. Ryoga has trained for slightly less time. Therefore, with the exception of Happosai, Cologne, and Genma (on a good day), he can probably beat the snot out of most anyone in Nerima.
8. This is not Naruto. Ranma does not have as much ki as Ryoga as evidenced by the fact that Ryoga shoots about a dozen Shi Shi's before he goes down. Ranma can pull off less than half that. However, I think that Ranma would have more control, as his fighting style is all about speed and technique, while Ryoga's style is all about pure power.
9. Nabiki is not one-dimensional.
10. Kasumi, by the same token, is not one-dimensional.
11. Nothing goes perfect for Ranma. Ever. If he won the lottery, so would half of Japan. If he was caught at the scene of a crime, the police would arrest him on the spot with no questions asked. That's the way life is for him.
