URGENT PERSONAL NEWS UPDATE BEFORE YOU CONTINUE TO MY PROFILE:

In the recent months, my e-mail has been questionable. First I got weird chat requests from people that I had never spoken to before, a couple of which I could barely read (i.e. one half in Arabic script and other I think half in Russian cryllic; while they are both languages I am interested in learning, I do not believe that I have anyone in my contacts who I know of that speaks those languages...). I blocked all (like, around 10) of the ones I received, but I apologize if they were from anyone attempting to contact me from here that (somehow, with my e-mail blocked and all) got a hold of my e-mail. IF you happened to be among those finding a rejected chat message in your inbox, please forgive me. I was not trying to be antisocial or rude. I will be more than happy to speak with you if I at least know who you are over fanfiction previously. Anyone appearing suspicious has been/will be blocked, since this occurred a few more times, though thankfully less. Then I received what I believed was an automated chat box about an IQ test. Needless to say, it was from someone that I was positive was not desiring to chat with me, so I blocked it, and then received one from a friend's old e-mail in the similar fashion, though I believe that this one was not automated. I'm freaked, and I'm no longer using my old e-mail. If you have my old e-mail, I apologize for not sending a message, but I have a new account. Just FYI to anyone who has my old e-mail and may not be receiving any response.

Ok, so I'm sitting in the middle of Chemistry summer college courses and I do desire to proclaim that I haven't completely given up on writing or anything. With 3 chapters per week and labs in the afternoon of 3/5 days with reports to write, my time's been a little scarce though, lol. But I have been plotting and scribbling, so hopefully something else will get posted sometime. Like for Book 1: Revelations of the Past, for at least the one person who seems to be persistent in checking it that keeps getting picked up on my traffic, lol. ;) And I do hope to return to A Guardian's Light. Sorry for the lack of updates, though. To borrow the phrase from others, life's been getting in the way. XD Hope you're all well!

A Guardian's Light

Great news! I have a volunteer (yes, he literally volunteered himelf!) story beta for A Guardian's Light! Please welcome aboard the42jabberwocky! :D He's been a big help in getting this story from its previous less-than-completely-planned state, and now it has become a more-completely-planned story. I am currently going over my previous chapters and hope to be continuing this in between other... stuff. XD lol

Book 1: Revelations of the Past

Doth I truly post that long-forgotten title?! Le Gasp! I do! XD lol I don't know how many of y'all cared as much to say a rosary or novena for this fic, 'cause I consider it NO LESS THAN A MIRACLE THAT FROM MIDNIGHT TO TWO IN THE MORNING ON VALENTINE'S DAY I WROTE OUT A FULL OUTLINE FOR THIS STORY WHEN PREVIOUSLY THIS HAD BEEN SITTING ON THE BACK BURNER FOR THE PAST 5 YEARS!! :D Joyous, joyous tidings! XD lol

I really to update the story description status. To Give My Heart AND Whisper in the Night, the Unsung Hero have officially passed Pop! Goes Itachi in my one-shot category for hits, which I wouldn't have believed possible, but this just proves reviews don't always correlate to hits! I don't know who out there's been reading it, but I love you. Thank you so much! :D

I have a bunch of poetry uploaded. I love poetry, lol. I have some ideas for several multi-chaptered fics and one-shot fics (including one or two drabbles), but as of yet they have not been written. When they're up, they shall have been written. :P I don't feel like listing what each of my stories/poems are about; I'm lazy and I don't feel like repeating the story summaries, so I'll say what I'm the most proud of and what I hate and such.

Healing Rain, Cry For Me: I think this one is my weakest Naruto one-shot, though it was my first and thus I am proud of it. Most likely, it is just a repeat of many other SasuXSaku one-shots, but I'm still proud of it, and I don't know if many others have Sakura considering killing herself... xD I'm still proud of that scene; that turned out so well. And don't worry, it doesn't stay angsty and stuff throughout the entire fic, if you're not into that kinda stuff.

Book 1: Revelations of the Past: If you've been here before, you read my comments on this. Please refer to the news corner previous to this for the happy news that is imperatively relative to the survival of the fic/future series. ;D lol

Sasuke's Poison Tree: Okay, I'm debating if this one or my ItaXSaku one-shot is my favorite, but for reasons that I'll list next about that one, this one is probably the better written, at any rate. I used the poem "The Poison Tree" for this story, and it centers on Sasuke's quest for revenge. It's really angsty, rather bittersweet, and I think it's probably my best one, content- and flow-wise. I'm just reallllly proud of this one. xD Check it out and tell me your opinion if you can. I'd really appreciate it.

On the Other Hand, Like Always: This is the one I'm debating over which is my favorite. I did this one to the song On the Other Hand by Randy Travis, and not to sound conceited or anything, but I think it turned out realllllly good, too. As far as one-shots go, I think this one and the previously mentioned are my better Naruto ones. Going back over it, though, I it was a little repetitive at a couple of areas, which I may go back and fix later on, but content-wise I'm happy, thought that repetition still bugs me. I know it's there to help stress a point, but I'm thinking I put in just a little bit too much. I'd also recommend this one as well. Plus, it's ItaXSaku. If you could give your opinion, I would appreciate it.

When Nothing's Left: Yea, another ItaSaku one-shot! :D I'm on a roll, lol. This one is also a songfic, except this one is to the song My Heart is Lost to You by Brooks 'N Dunn. Awesome song; check it out if you can. This one turned out really nicely, too. It's slight AU, since I have a prolonged war with Akatsuki, known as the Akatsuki War, having lasted for a long time and it's nearly destroyed their world. The story opens up with the final battle in progress. I think it turned out really nicely. Sakura has a cheesy speech, but she says that right afterward anyway, lol. This one also explains how Sakura and Itachi met, as opposed to On the Other Hand, Like Always. I think the fight scene turned out good, too. So, if you're interested, check it out if you can; and, if you would, I would really appreciate your review and thoughts.

The Legend of the Butterfly: Aw, my Fruits Basket one-shot. :3 I think it turned out really nice. I really like this one. xD

Golden Sun Poems: Oo, my Golden Sun poem collection!! :D I have some really good ones in here, I think. xD There's a wide variety, too. It varies from pairings to lighthouses/places to general themes within the games. Check them out and drop a review and say which is your favorite. This is also the collection I've been working on the most AND longest. I feel really proud of myself.

The Day I Saved Earth With Alchemy: This one's a classic, rofl. xD I wrote this back in 6th grade, and I'm proud to say I was the only one that got a 100. _ glows with pride xD lol I labeled it a crack-fic since I get transported to Weyard and save the world from destruction. And yes, all that fit in two college-ruled pages. I'm really proud of it; I think it was the beginning of my fanfiction career. It's special. I thought others might be interested and like a laugh. It actually didn't turn out too bad, unless you dislike the whole "place yourself in the story" thing. As I said though, I wrote this for an composition that had the theme, "Describe a time when something frightening happened", and I just couldn't resist.

Pop! Goes Itachi: Okay, I wasn't sure if I was going to mention poems on their own, but I have to mention this one. I actually didn't think it was going to do well and posted it on a whim, and this is my best one-shot. It's a poem to the tune of "Pop Goes the Weasel", and of couse, it's about Sasuke chasing Itachi. xD I mean, when Itachi's name happens to mean 'weasel', how can you resist the temptation? ;P
