I am still (trying) writing the next chapter of "Submission".

Recovering from the stress the projects brought.

Thoughts:

I think it will be much more easier for me if I concentrate on one story at a time. But the annoying plot bunnies next to me think otherwise. So I will be concentrating on "Submission" for now on until it is finished.

I think I will try writing shoujo-ai fics. I am certain that I won't be writing any yuri ones coz I can't write smut in that genre. Of course I'll still be writing Naruto fics and Naruto will be female, although I won't be pairing him/her to Itachi. XD

(Midnight's Gale), whom I'm certain many of you knew, is a rotten plagiarist that has been getting away with ripping stories here and there.

The reason I am revealing her is because you never know from which fic she stole which. She is into many fandoms that I am not into that I cannot investigate any further. If anyone among you does recognize parts of her fics from other fics or fandom then please let me know. It is important that we stop this act of foolishness. Otherwise the original authors might stop updating or writing their fics altogether once they discover that they are being plagiarized and that nothing is being done about it.

She had deleted a couple of 'her' fics that were solid proofs of plagiarism. But those were only from the Naruto fandom. 'Her' other Naruto fics have the possibility of being ripped off from other fandoms that I do not read.

Any input from you is greatly appreaciated.

I have just received a PM from michiyami.

If there are some of you out there that remember a fic posted before by Midnight's Gale, it was an edited version of michiyami's fic "End to Serenity". Instead of a male Naruto, MG, as usual, turned him into female, paired him/her to Itachi, change some parts in the chapters (like who the villain is), and then posted it as her own fic. It was a gang-themed fic that kind of revolved around gang-wars (sorry michiyami if I am wrong about the theme), and the relationship between Naruto and Sasuke (whom Midnight's Gale turned to Itachi).

From the PM I received, it would appear that michiyami wasn't aware of Midnight's Gale story even though she claimed that she had asked permission.

From this, I am now certain that one of Midnight's Gale old fics is plagiarized as well. I couldn't recognize the overall plot and idea of the story, but it has one chapter that is a word-for-word copy of a certain well known ItaNaru fic. She had claimed to have asked permission from the original author but it would appear that it may be a blatant lie as well.

ETA: The title of the plagiarized version of michiyami's fic was "Inner Secrets."

I recalled another fic. Midnight's Gale's story, "Twilight Shinobi", has the possibility of being copied from a fic that I sadly couldn't find. It was a time traveling fic where Naruto went back to the past with no intention to protect or even stay in Konoha. I think his age was approx. 5 years. The moment he woke up (after the time travel ritual/jutsu or something) he immediately packed some of his belongings and left the village.

He then founded a group that started as mercenaries. It wasn't long before they started a village in wave (I'm certain that they were given three islands for choices as to where they would make their village) and then later on called themselves "dragon shinobi".

I think the title was "Dragon Shinobi". But I just coudn't find it. I would be disappointing if the original author had deleted his stories...

I also recall a plagiarism attempt on sarhea's story "Breaking Ties". As usual, Naruto was turned to female and Itachi, who was turned female by the original author, was kept male by the plagiarist. I am just unsure if this attempt was made by Midnight's Gale as well. Anyways, that fic was immediately deleted after the plagiarist was caught.

ETA: It was verified that it was also Midnight's Gale who plagiarized sarhea's story, "Breaking Ties".

The moderators of FF had confirmed Midnight's Gale AKA Midsummer Nightz AKA Midnightz Dreamz plagiarism, so all three accounts were closed.

Now, she has two more accounts:

Midnightz StarZz which was originally named "Midnightz", and

Midnightz Skye

Both accounts are under watch. If she still insists on posting stories that are clearly not hers, then she will be reported again.

I just thought something... The account Midnightz Skye, AKA Midnight's Gale, was created a year ago. An author by the name of KitsuneFemaleNaru was said to have plagiarized Midnight's Gale's story "A Different Reality" also a year ago. I recall doing an author search on KitsuneFemaleNaru just a few months ago and found it easily, and that was the time when the pen name Midnightz Skye never existed.

Now that Midnightz Skye exists, I could no longer find KitsuneFemaleNaru. Is there someone out there who have a link to that author? I have distrubing suspicion that Midnightz Skye and KitsuneFemaleNaru are the same person. And if ever this suspicion is true, then it is very disturbing that this author would plagiarize herself just to get attention...
