Note: I have not listed the characters in the order I like, the ones in bold I like a lot.
Inuyasha-Well how could you not like him?
Miroku- He's perverted sure, but he's freakin hilarious!
Sango- Sango's awesome-say otherwise and I will kill you in your sleep!
Bankotsu- Yay! I'm a Bankotsu fangirl, though I don't write much fanfics with him as the main character though, you just can't get enough opinions, either the rest of the Bankotsu fangirls are too lazy to review, or there just aren't that many. Possibly both.
Hiten- He's cool too, but there aren't that many that share the same opinion.
Rin- I will hunt down and kill anyone that says they hate Rin, and I'll make it look like an accident!
Jaken- He's so freakin' funny!
Kagura- She's awesome, don't care what you say, she is.
Jakotsu- He makes me laugh so hard...
Suikotsu- He's really not a bad guy, but he is a Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde rip-off.
Kagome- She's a good character for the most part, but she gets kidnapped WAY too much and relies too much on her friends. For those who say she can't fight, well that's not true. What is true is that she doesn't like getting involved which really pisses me off at times. But she can be dangerous.
Kikyo- Yes, I have Kagome on the same list. Well you know what? Kikyo kicks ass.
Kohaku- He's really tragic, but a sweet kid.
Shippo- He's so adorable, but he tends to annoy me at times (I love little kids, I just can't live with them).
My Least Favorite Characters:
Note: The ones that are underlined I hate a lot.
Naraku- I hate him, and I wish he would just freakin' die already!
Kanna- Well, she's okay, but I don't like her that much either.
Mukotsu- Okay, the guy's just plain creepy!
Renkotsu- He betrayed his friends, he was okay before, but I what I did like about him disappeared when he took Jakotsu's shard.
My fave pairings are:
Kag(ome)/Inu-Aww, c'mon, how can you not like this couple?
San/Mir- This is a given.
Kog/Aya-They were destined, even though Koga's an oblivious jerk who doesn't remember anything.
(Possibly) Sui/Kik-Hey, they're both dead, and you could definately see some chemistry there when they first met.
Kag(ura)/Sess-I love this pairing, how can anyone not?
Rin/Ship-This is one of the cutest ones out there!
Koh/Rin-Another adorable one!

Things I Love About Fanfiction:
Well, overall, I like how people express themselves, and how their imaginations work. It's interesting to see how a person views the characters.
Things I Hate About Fanfiction:
Unfortunately, this is longer. But I hate lemons, fluff is okay, I love fluff, but no lemons, limes, pineapples no. I'll occasionally read them, but only if it's a really good fanfic. I also hate it when people don't write the story well, as in the plot's poorly introduced, the spelling and grammar is bad, and when things happen too soon and are all bunched in. It really annoys me, this is a site for professional writing, so you should treat it like you should treat a writing assignment at school, just allow your creativity to flow and you can write about things you would get in trouble for if you wrote it for school. I can understand if you are naturally not good at spelling or grammar, but at least try! And also, when the characters are completely off. Those Kikyo is a slut stories are just stupid. Kikyo is not a slut, she's a pretty good character, she's great with kids, and she is definately not stupid. The only reason people hate her is because they think Kagome and Inuyasha should be together. See the about Kikyo below. But it's an idiotic reason to hate her. I also hate Kagome bashing fics, Kagome has been annoying at times, read the about Kagome, but she's not a bad character either. She is just not fully mature yet, she is still in middle school after all. So she still has that untainted childhood innocence. But yeah, she's given way too much attention. I'll admit, I'm being hypocritical at this point, but all these impossible pairings! Kagome's been paired up with everyone, guys and girls, children and family. Kagome and Sesshomaru? Yeah, they'd fall in love, when Bankotsu becomes a gay hairdresser (I mean the talking, oh my God gay, not as in homosexual) But with most people, they'd actually like to see them get together in the actual series. I like seeing the impossible pairings together only in fanfiction. And also, I hate it when Kagome's a punk, goth, sadist, demon, and when she swears. Have you ever seen her wear pants in the series? No, I thought not. She's a prep whether people like it or not. She isn't a swearing little bitch either. I have only heard her swear once. So when she's all "I'm gonna fuck you up!" that pisses me off, because she is not like that at all. She is a human! She will never be a demon or a half-demon, dammit! And no yaoi/yuri. For those of you that like all this, I'm certain you're glaring at the computer screen and thinking "I will kill her!" or something along those lines. I'm not saying you can't unleash your creativity, or not like that stuff, I'm just saying what I don't like. So you can't flame. This is just my opinion, whether you agree with me or not.

About Kikyo...
Okay so here's the deal with me and Kikyo. From reading these fanfics, I have seen that pretty much everyone either hates Kikyo, or worships the ground that she walks on. I do not lean either way. I respect her. But why do people hate her so much, is it because she's an obstacle between Inuyasha and Kagome, or what? I just recently saw the episodes where they showed Kikyo and Inuyasha in the events leading up to when she was killed. And the one where Kagome made the choice to save Kikyo from Naraku's miasma. I have a lot more respect for Kikyo now. Kikyo was just a tragic character who really just wanted to live life as a normal person. But that's what the problem was. She was never normal, she was always destined to live and die, a priestess. Bottom line: Kikyo and Inuyasha fell in love with eachother for a time, but Kikyo died. So Kagome gets to have Inuyasha by default. It doesn't matter that Kikyo was resurrected, Kagome automatically gets Inuyasha because Kagome is alive, Kikyo is not. And about the obstacle thing, Inuyasha would still have trouble deciding between the two of them even if Kikyo was never ressurrected. So people shouldn't make a big deal about it. And another thing. Kagome is Kikyo's reincarnation, she has a different personality, and a different way of going about things. But they are still virtually the same.
About Kagome...
Just so we're clear, I like Kagome, but she is not my favorite character either. She has a good heart, but she is too naive. And she gets kidnapped way too much. Plus, she is really childish otherwise, since she sits Inuyasha even when he doesn't really deserve it. Especially in the latter episodes where Inuyasha goes to see Kikyo or vice versa and tells Kagome EVERYTHING that happened and she doesn't believe him. And I think it's annoying that she protects Shippo all the time. So what if he's so damn adorable, he still provokes Inuyasha into beating the pulp out of him. So Kagome needs to look at both sides of the issue, and not just from the adorable one, or the one she doesn't want to believe.
