Author has written 2 stories for Lexx, and Roswell. I'll put things simply. I love television. I love Movies (especially horror movies). I love books (including comics). I love anime. And I love video games. I like music too, are you surprised? My favorite shows are Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel, Lexx ( Oh yeah, Kai rules!), Charmed, Dark Angel, Roswell, Smallville, House m.d., Justice, Lois & Clark : The New Adventures of Superman, John Doe, Sliders (only seasons 1-3), Brimstone, The Pretender, Stargate SG:1, Star Trek: Next Gen, and of course, The (Great Amazing) Dead Zone. With the masterful Anthony Michael Hall (Johnny Smith)and John L. Adams(Bruce). Music ehh, I like Queen, Jefferson's Starship, Twisted Sister, Guns N' Roses, Mindless Self Indulgence, Orgy, Avenged Sevenfold, Aerosmith, Ghost of the Robot, Chicago, Dragonforce, Foreigner, Rage Against the Machine, System of a Down, Tenacious D, Stevie Wonder, Tiger Army, Steppenwolf, and the entire soundtrack from Once More, With Feeling. My top favorite movies (non-horror) are The Count of Monte Cristo (2002), Groundhog Day, Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle, Clerks II, Terminator 2: Judgement Day, The Power of One, Forrest Gump, Orgazmo, Superman: The Movie, Superman II, Superman Returns, Dune (2000), The Neverending Story, The Matrix, The Matrix Reloaded, Kill Bill Vol.1, American Pie, Grandma's Boy, and Merlin. My favorite horror movies are anything directed by Alexandre Aja (High Tension, The Hills have Eyes), or starring Andrew Divoff (The Djinn from Wishmaster 1&2). Plus I love A Nightmare on Elm Street parts 1 & 3.Friday the 13th part VII kicks ass, and so does The Descent. Bookwise I'm a huge fan of the Dune Saga, as well as Harry Potter and Star Wars novels. I also love The Dante Valentine series by Lilith Saintcrow, and I suppose Laurel K. Hamilton is pretty good. Comic-wise (American comics) morespecifically Marvel-wise, I love X-men, Spiderman, Ghost Rider, and Dr.Strange. DC-wise, well, the only DC comic I was ever really fond of was Green Lantern (Hal Jordan, specifically). Superman & Batman are okay I guess, but I prefer the animated TV versions. And my two favorite, most coveted comics are Deadpool (Marvel) and Spawn (Image Comics). I have read all of these comic books (the ones that were out anyway) since I was like, 6 or 7. Anime wise, my favorites are Trigun, Rurouni Kenshin, Armitage and Hellsing, and my favorite mangas are Akira, Angel Sanctuary, Psychic Academy, Negima, and Dragonball (without the Z). I've also taken a liking to Mar: Marchen Awakens. As with video games, I love the Final Fantasy series (FF-X especially), Knights of the Old Republic (1 & 2), Legend of Zelda (Majora's Mask is my favorite), and my favorite game is the classic Mike Tyson's Punchout for the original NES/Famicom (somewhat because of nostalgic value). I'm not a big fan of slash, to be completely honest I am bored by it. Perhaps it is because most people suck at it. But seriously, If you want good slash read Powerless by Natalie Kushner. Actually, if you want good anything, read her stories. She is a genius! Although I don't consider myself a good writer ( I totally suck), I do consider myself a good critic. Oh yeah, and I hate online forums (not that you care), because, well, they suck. (Plus all the good forums are deserted for some reason, all anyone wants to talk about is sports and graffiti. Nobody goes to the Buffy forums anymore, so I guess I'm kinda bitter.) And I end this rant with a salute to KAI, LAST OF THE BRUNNEN G, one day he will rule the world. That's from Lexx, in case you are a scifi noob. And may His Merciful Shadow fall upon you. If you're still reading this I guess I'm cool after all. or not. after all, what kind of person (who's only written two, crappy, short & unfinished fanfictions) would spend this much time on a profile? Or reading it, for that matter. | |||||
